Did not work waste of money
Applied as directed on concrete pavers, looked good for 5 days and after first rain the algae was back. Appeared that the product masked the algae from being seen. The rain washed it off.

Fell apart
I used my ordinary garden hose and started spraying. Then it fell apart drenching me with chemicals.

Nothing I've done prior has managed to kill the moss...
Nothing I've done prior has managed to kill the moss on my brick patio. After one treatment with BioAdvanced, the moss has not come back. I'm quite pleased with its effectiveness.

Back To Scraping
Applied per the directions -- absolutely no results; did not clean the moss. Do not waste $18.00 on the product -- get out the scraper and sandpaper as BioAdvanced was totally ineffective.

Bottle pop off the part that screws onto the hose
I bought was to spray on my roof. After screwing the bottle on the end of my hose, turn the water on, and climbing my ladder I pressed the button to start spraying and the bottle popped off.

Hose connection and roof applications
Hose connection part broken easily. I tried to connectbut once broken it looks like it wil not work again.
The power for the roof requires more than what this setup needs. Thoiugh it may work it does not go high enough. Not usable.

Hose end broke
The hose end of the container broke off and is not usable. So, I can not apply the product by attaching a hose.
I would like to apply it using a spray bottle. What is the dilution ratio for water?

Unfortunately, the product is EPA regulated for use in the container provided only and since the bottle is calibrated to mix at the correct rate as you spray we do not have a mixing ratio. Did not even begin to kill the moss
I put this on a small patch of moss on my lawn with the garden hose attached. It nicely applied the contents of the bottle. The spray worked great. The moss still lives. It did not touch the moss.

This worked well to kill the moss on my walk...
This worked well to kill the moss on my walk and driveway. One note is that it took longer than it indicated in the directions. After the first hour or so I thought it hadn't worked, but the next day the moss was quite yellow and dead. So it took several hours actually but it worked.

crappy bottle
the thing would spray the stuff intermittently and sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. you had to shake the bottle while using it in order to get it to work. the plastic there was so flimsy it would eventually break making the rest of the bottle useless. what an absolute waste of money if I could give this zero Stars I would.

Do not buy this
I sprayed it on moss in my flower bed. It did nothing. It didn't rain for at least 48 hours after applying.
