Amazing product. We grew so many different things in it. Only challenge we have is to convert plants to pots but we'll find a solution

After using it to grow a variety of lettuce for about a month, I'd say I'm very impressed with the rate at which the plants grew in comparison to ones grown in soil. The only possible complaint or issue I could think of is that there is no convenient or easy way of rinsing and refilling the aerogarden sprout while it still contains plants.

This was the best gift I ever gave. The recipient kept sending pictures as things started popping and then really growing . So perfect that I had to get one for myself. One of my pods did not sprout, but was immediately replaced when I contacted customer service. Mine was the 3 pod size and I have to keep cutting back the basil because it grows so fast. The others are a little slower.

The whole family has enjoyed watching or mini tomatoes growing! Lots of fun!

I like not having to use any dirt to grow the herbs in and also being able to get some Thai Basil, Mint, and Dill without having to go to the store!

This was a gift and he liked it, but two of the seed pods did not grow. He did not follow up and request replacements, but ordered new ones.

I enjoy watching the greens grow. The AeroGarden was easily set up and the plants grew quickly. I have enjoyed adding the baby greens to my salads. However, after about a month, the plants were invested with aphids.

The tomatoes and peppers never produced fruit. The machine is loud and useless.

I ordered a variety of salad greens and got all arugula. Not sure if I will order again from this site.

Pods did not grow except a couple centimeters. I followed instructions.

I initially got into AeroGarden by borrowing an older model from a friend. I decided that it was too loud so I purchased the sprout. I love how compact it is and 3 pods for tomatoes is plenty but I just can’t handle the noise. If you’re used to ambient noises like a fish tank then it won’t bother you.

This Sprout does not perform half as well as my Bounty. After 6 months, I stop seeing growth from my new pods. Maybe it's broken. If you want the lights to come on at 5 am...you have to wake up at 5 am to do the initial plugging in. Who has time for that? Save up your money and purchase a Bounty on sale. You can control them from your phone.

I have 4 sprouts and have had them for about a year they do work great the first time after that they are terrible I have put pods in them and nothing I have cleaned them and made sure to clean the wholes for the air and still nothing I have to keep unclogging the holes as they stop. I have this happening to all 4 of them so disappointed in spending the money only to use them once and then nothing. Would not recommend them to anyone

We had it bought by our son and it turned out great. I read a review from some one that she bought 3 and gave them away as Christmas gifts. Not long they had all stopped. Ours did the same but being an engineer I fixed the stopping bit. All I had to do was blow a little air back through the tube and unplug the blockage and it worked again. We have had it for 5 years and since I fixed it, we have had no problems. We wake up after the light comes on. Thank you.

This AeroGarden is fantastic. We planted seeds outside and some in the AeroGarden and the ones in the AeroGarden grew more than twice as fast. We began using it to start plants and then transplant them to the garden when they are strong enough. It works wonderfully!

I'm in awe when I see my plants sprouting,in the exact times they claimed it would. I can't wait to start harvesting.

I brought this so that I can have my own herbs instead of going to the store buying them. I hope to found more to grow and it remind you to feed the plants. I do recommend this to anyone that is trying to stay health.

I have the Harvest and the Bounty Models and am surprised that this unit performed so poorly. It takes forever for a plant to sprout (if they sprout at all) and the growth is extremely slow.

I bought this after first purchasing a bounty, which I was very pleased with. Unfortunately the sprout was a mistake. This thing is so loud, it sounds like a mini-jackhammer. And the aerator is constantly running as long as the light is on (unlike the bounty, where the pump only runs periodically). So 16 hours a day, this tiny terror sits there rattling. I filled the tank full, and placed it on a level surface, but it still rattles so loud it hurts my ears to be near it for more than a minute. There's either something wrong with the design for this model, or the particular sprout I received, because this level of noise can't possibly be considered acceptable outside of a construction site.

Don’t waste your money! Received this for Christmas and the first rounds of pods only produced one plant, others never amounted to anything. Purchased a new 6 pod kit and only one plant has grown and Doesn’t look healthy.

I have 3 different Aerogarden models and 2 are great. The Sprout isn’t one of them. Stay away from this model at all costs. It lacks the ability to properly aerate the water which causes plants to die quickly. I went through two of these models before giving up.

My mother bought me this a few weeks ago and I love it, it is a great starter because it is a lot less expensive as other models, the only problem is that it makes a bit of noise so I would not recommend putting it in a bedroom though my mother says that the other models don’t.

Overall, I like this. I bought the smallest and least expensive garden because I was apprehensive as to whether it would work. I waited until I'd been growing my salad greens for about 5.5 weeks before writing my review. The instructions say you almost cannot prune soon enough, as that helps the plants grow, but I wish I'd have waited longer than the three weeks that I did for the plant to fill out a bit more since they also say never harvest more than a third of the plant at a time. It does grow fast, though. I'd also suggest for salad greens to let the light be a little higher and let more grow so you can harvest enough at a time for a decent sized salad. The directions indicate to keep your light close to the leaves, but they grow so quickly that you have to adjust quite frequently if you put it lower or risk sunburning the leaves. Yes, that can happen. Again, I'm overall happy and will continue to experiment and hope to get quite a few salads out of this before having to buy fresh seed pods.

Each time, I seem to only be able to grow 1 plant out of 3??????

I'm harvesting herbs and it's super simple. Buying a second one.

The Sprout is a great first experience in hydroponic growing. It is easy, effective, and fun! I support anyone trying this as a growing experience.

My package arrived badly damaged. It would be nice if things were packed with more care.

I got the Sprout for Christmas. I’ve harvested my lettuce (3 types) three times. I then ordered tomatoes and I’m proud to say I’ve got tomatoes in less than one month. They are not ripe yet but they are growing! Love this little guy.

We are actually surprised at how well this works. Our only complaint is after a couple on months use, the aerator sometimes is VERY loud after cleaning. We have found that actually cleaning while the unit is running works best.
