This spray mop is a great product, I have laminate wood throughout my house and this makes cleaning them so much easier.

Not enough spray comes out when triggered. I ended up carrying around a spray bottle to get enough on the floor to mop. Also very heavy to push with full bottle on. Much easier and better to use the one without the bottle on it since I have to use a spray bottle anyway. Very disappointed

Love that solution does not leave a residue on the floor ! Cleans great and I would highly recommend.

Handle didn't latch properly so when the handle was squeezed, the pole popped out. Had to put a screw in to fix it.

It works very well, only small issue is it’s large so sometimes hard to work.

I am so disappointed in this mop. I bought one because the installer of our new flooring recommended it. While the cleaner is great, the mop is terrible. The upper part of the handle came out every time the trigger was pulled. I sent an email to Bona and received a replacement. However, the handle on this one won't "click" together behind the solution. Please do not respond with the default that indicates to contact Bona. I want to know why this mop is so poorly made when the cleaner is so good.

Mops are working great just hope they don't leak like the old ones did.

Easy to use, easy to clean with, impossible to refill. Leaks a lot of liquid from the bottom when refilling (is it broken?), spilling most of the detergent, and not sure what is the internal bag function (the new refill goes outside of the bag instead of filling it again... ?).

Did not come with all parts, and there was already liquid in it, so I am assuming I received a refunded item. Quality control is seriously lacking. On top of that I cannot get a hold of Home Depot or Bona to get a replacement. Would not recommend.

This is the second mop I have bought and the second mop that has broken all with in 6 months! The first mop the trigger did not work correctly making the mop not spray correctly or not at all and the base kept on popping off when you tried to swivel around furniture. I went and bought a second mop hoping that maybe I had just bought a one time lemon....but...no. With this second mop, same style the spray trigger is difficult to use, sticks and won't spray correctly. And then the refillable bottles...uuuggg! After using them a handfull of times the bottom of the bottle starts crushing in making it difficult to snap in. They have also started to leak and at times the screw cap gets stuck into the spot you push the bottle into place. Then Im dealing with cleaner spilling and trying to dig the cap back out of the connection. I would not recommend this mop.

I really find it easier to use then the spray bottle and mop separately. I do find it a bit of a heavy set-up though.

I wanted the starter kit to get everything I needed at once and the store didn't have it, so I ordered online along with an additional microfiber cloth. The mop was straightforward to assemble. I've used this mop starter kit three times now on my laminate wood flooring. It works quite well for general floor wear from shoes, dog paw prints, and water spots in the kitchen. I can really see a difference in the before and after. I love seeing the clean shine afterwards. The spray nozzle distributes the solution in front of the mop head pretty evenly. After spreading with the mop, the solution evaporates without a trace. It is quick to use and so much easier than a traditional mop--not that a traditional mop & water is safe for the laminate wood anyways.

I could not manage to get that dull haze off our engineered hardwood floors. A friend recommended Bona so I bought the supplies and started mopping. I found it easy to use and will now use regularly to keep the floors looking great.

Good product and easy to use. I like the fact that they start you off with a pre-filled floor cleaning solution in its solution holding bottle and once it’s finished, you can fill it with your own choice of floor cleaning solution. Little weight, easy to store and beautiful. I recommend this item.

Mopping is hard enough without having to work so hard to get the trigger to move...and the sprayer is really hit or miss. I find trying to move the mop head across a semi-damp floor very difficult because of the friction. I like the cleaner but am looking for a better applicator mop.

Have used Bona products before and am happy to have thins mop. Works very well on my stone floors.

I was able to use the mop right away after the easy assembling. I will be using the bona stone mop on a regular basis,I would recommend everyone to try it out.

Easy to put together. Easy to use. Does a great job. Only thing was the shipping. They stuffed the box with the cleaning solution and it was a fight so we cut the entire box. Product excellent, shipping was not the best.

Easy to assemble and put to quick use with Bona flooring products.

I've used Rubbermaid stray mops for 6 years and they fall apart very easily. The Bona mop is built much better. The spray solution included with the kit works very well on both tile and laminate floors, leaving no residue or streaks. I'm very happy with this purchase.

My Bona mop makes cleaning fun. Love it so much, I bought one for my daughter for her new home. Now she can’t stop cleaning either. It goes around, under, in-between, maneuvers effortlessly into and out of corners. Spray and go. Fabulous.
