I bought this a year ago, installed it and loved the look of it! Simple yet beautiful. It was covered at all times when not in use. We didn't use it over the winter and when we uncovered it this spring we were very upset to see that the rim of the fire pit is disintegrating. What a waste of money!!

Love it. Just enough heat to take the chill out of mornings. Easy setup, worked right away. Looks good!

Easy set up. Started first time. Beautiful. I wish it had a matching propane tank case. Absolutely recommend this firebowl!

I have had it a few years now and it's basically junk. It won't light and I've tried everything in the manual. The finish is wearing off in multiple spots even though I keep it covered in the winter. I would not purchase again! It's a shame because it looked really nice in the beginning.

This is exactly what we wanted for our patio. No more building a fire with wood and no more smoke!

I purchased this item in January and have used it several times for outdoor parties on my new patio. So far this item works great and looks good. Only negative is that it can be a bit tricky to light, it does take a bit of practice.

We just received our fire out and we love it! It was very easy to set up and to move it wasn't heavy like we thought it would be. Gives off great heat. We felt as though it could have come with a little more of the lava rock though that is easy enough to purchase more of.

Well loved for one year, used only for one summer. Bought it April 17, 2019 took 3 weeks to arrive. Installed and it’s simple yet perfect for our backyard setting. Been using it the last few weeks in June 2020 and sure enough it bites the dust. Very disappointed, don’t waste money on it. Came to Home Depot to see the warranty is only a year and sadly not the only person complaining. Would expect something of this value to last longer, used approximately 5 months in the last year.

Nice design and construction. Easy to assemble and operate. Throws a good flame. Good value for the money.

So happy with my purchase. Large pit 3 feet across accommodates many people. Throws heat very well. It’s beautiful. Highly recommend if you want a nice propane pit for your yard.

I looked absolutely everywhere in three different towns, and definitely glad that I waited! Absolutely love this fire pit, it's beautiful and puts out a rather decent amount of heat as well.

Very disappointed with how the flame looks. It’s way too blue burning and only 5” high.

We love our fire pit and so does our son and his new wife. We bought two at the time and gave them one for their new house. We have been using it every evening. Love it

Works great and love it!

Easy to setup and light, it was good while it lasted, about 1.5 years. It stopped working, we couldn't start the fire. We did the troubleshooting recommended in the manual. Then we performed a leak test and that's when we found a leak. Very dissatisfied with this purchase, we got to use for less than 2 years.

Easy to assemble. Decent flame (but would work better if you had a flame guard around it). Very sturdy. Great product for the price.

My family absolutely loves this fire pit, no assembly required! I should have had it delivered to the house rather than to the store. The box was too big to fit in hatchback of a small suv. I had to rent a Home Depot truck to get it home. Enjoy the camp fires, with a touch of switch!

Nice size fire pit, great for a space with four chair sitting around it. We hooked a line straight in from our home propane line. It lights easily and looks great. Puts off a nice bit of heat when fully cranked up. Some reviews said not enough rocks included but I don't see that as a problem and you can always go buy more if you want.

Somewhat disappointed. The fire pit finish is nothing like what is pictured on the website. My unit is all brown

The fire pit works pretty well. The ignitor however is actually a pilot and constantly uses gas even when there is no flame. The controller is low under the bowl so its difficult to see and is a pain to relight. Beware, the color is actually a deep bronze, not gray as described or depicted.

Love my new fire pit. Easy to set-up and use!!! Had everything I needed in one box. Plenty of lave rocks, ended up not needing to buy more. GREAT product for the money!!! Everyone that has seen it couldn’t believe how nice it is for the money. Great size. Highly recommend.

We returned the fire pit because we needed to exchange the 6 ft propane hose with a 12 ft hose and we couldn't get the installed hose off. It must have been glued on because we felt like we were going to break it if we forced it off. Once we received the fire pit and could read the detailed instructions, Bond says the warranty is void if you exchange out any parts (like putting on a longer propane hose). Delivery was super fast. Looked nice, although much more green then photos on-line.

Do not buy this product. Mine broke within a few months and it is impossible to get replacement parts. Why is it impossible? Because they are only supplied by the manufacturer, who'se so-called "customer service department" refuses to respond to email or phone calls, and the manufacturer does not sell the parts online. What a joke and an embarrasment to US manufacturing.

Like the fire pit. Disappointed that we could not unscrew the gas supply hose to connect the proper natural gas conversion kit.

Fire Pit is a great product, not only functional but also a great conversation and aesthetically beautiful addition to our backyard

Easy to get up and working. Looks great on our deck!

The surface is a surprisingly low quality painted plaster that chips and flakes away at the slightest contact. The "touch up marker" that is included to hide the white plaster that shows is non-functional so u must figure out ways to patch or hide any dings yourself. Disappointing.

Bought to use on our deck. Looks great, easy to "assemble" (put lava rocks on and that's pretty much it). Handles built in Make it easy to transport. Hard to ignite first time, it gets easier. Plenty of lava rock, but we'll probably buy some glass instead. Just wish it came in other colors.

The igniter doesn’t work. It never did so now I have to return the whole thing and it is a pain to do this, a BIG pain. It’s to bad because it’s really cool looking.
