I’ve purchased several of these in the past, for every bathroom renovation I’ve done, I’ve purchased the most affordable products I could. This bathtub has increased for 40% in cost over the past 2 years. The excuse is that they are keeping up with cost of material and transportation costs, well guess what. Transportation costs are down, and have been down for over a year. Cost of expenses? Nothing justifies a 40% increase except greedflation.

Had a chip. Took back

Sadly we didn’t get to install the tub - it was delivered in a no-damage box but the corner of the tub was chipped off completely . Our contractor went to multiple Home Depots to get another and all of them had chips in the same spot! Must be the brand with quality control, went with another company instead.

The first one I got I had to return because of a big chip on the surface. Then the second one had a small chip at the base of the tub and I asked if you throw in a tube of surface paint and got that. Otherwise I've had very good experience in Home Depot.

Inspected 7 units in stock at local Home Depot -- EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAD PORCELAIN DEFECTS. Two issues here: 1. the problems you can see -- manufacturer absent most basic, OBVIOUS quality control (don't ship stuff obviously screwed up). 2. the problems you can't -- MORE CONCERNING WHEN YOU SEE THIS -- WHAT OTHER ELEMENTS OF MANUFACTURING QUALITY ARE THEY NOT ATTENDING TO? (like metal preparation before application of coating - how long will coating last?)

My contractor just installed it weeks ago. he had a little bit of a hard time cause of the misalignment of the drain. But he was able to take care of it and fix the problem, being a professional he is. other than that, good value for the price. And it met our expectations.

It was not painted correctly. I had some metal dust stick on the paint.

This bathtub is smaller and very slippery. Easy to chip! I do not recommend it to anyone.

This product isn't even worth reviewing or purchasing for any reason!!!!

Poor finish on the inside of tub, very rough it feels like sandpaper. Had to return and buy another one That was better.

It's a good tub for a rental, great price for a good tub. Replaced same style tub that was rusted out. Hopefully it holds up well.

I'm a licensed contractor and have installed this tub on several occasions. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service (no respone) rather than tub itself. Just an FYI, I waited to hear back before posting this review. The tub was damaged twice post installation from minor bumps. It was protected during installation with provided cardboard cutout. I spent $700 out of pocket to repair after tiling. Lesson learned. Customer wanted Kohler and next time they'll get it! Never again!
