Works great, need methods for cooling

At $4 a piece these have been great for fastening fine wood siding on an exterior cement block wall. I've gone through 3 bits so far and realized the reason they would break after much use is an overheating issue. If i took short breaks between each hole the bits lasted much longer. Someone else mentioned dipping in water which I'll have to try (thanks man).

Excellent. Had no problem drilling anchor holes in limestone capstones. Would recommend this bit with the use of a hammer drill.

Did not drill more than 1/8 deep. Waste of money. This should be sold at Harbor freight.

However, to achieve the best performance, we would recommend using the bit in a hammer drill. The bit worked only slightly better than the non-masonry bit....

The bit worked only slightly better than the non-masonry bit. It could be that my drill is too lightweight.
