    Got a lemon and HDCS is HORRIBLE
    Defective unit upon delivery. The drain system leaked water into the base that set off sensors preventing use. Multiple cancelled and rescheduled deliveries. Every phone customer service call over promised and under delivered. Replacement unit had delivery canceled. I then initiated a full return out of frustration. More waiting and had to call to process the return over 2 weeks after pickup. Over a month of waiting just to go to warner stellian and get one same day. Ignore HD pricing, I promise it is not worth it.

      It's kind of amazing how much engineering must have gone into turning delay start from an easy-to-use feature on our old Bosch dishwasher to an absolute nuisance on this new model. Not only do you have to start the cycle from the app to use delay start, but opening the dishwasher to add a dish sometimes cancels the cycle, as does brief power outages.

          It’s quiet and does a great job at cleaning the dishes but the bottom rack makes no sense. The only tines that drop are right alongside another set of tines that don’t. What is the purpose of that? Also the tine orientation is odd. The back set goes left to right and the front two sets go from the back to the front. There’s a lot of wasted space trying to load this dishwasher. My guess is the engineer who designed these dishwasher racks had no real life experience to draw from when designing this thing.

            I’ve had this expensive dishwasher for a couple months now, and while it cleans OK, the buttons/features on the panel and in the app are just plain stupid. The app is junk. Also, you have to turn on the remote button on the dishwasher in order to use the app. What Moron thought of that? You should be able to access it at any time. Also, I the rinse function, but you can only initiate that on the app, which needs to be queued up first from the dishwasher I want to ditch this machine so badly.

              Heat Pump Needed to be Replaced after 2.5 Years
              This dishwasher I purchased and had installed for our home in October 2021. We’ve had a couple minor issues with error codes but for the past 2 months we’ve received an E 20 error. I called support and they noted it was most likely the heat pump. I was stunned that after only 2.5 years of minimal use that this was already requiring service. We run the dishwasher maybe 3 times a week on average at most. Low behold the tech comes out and almost $300 later we have a new heat pump.

This is literally so quiet my family kept opening it over and over again not sure it was running! Until I pointed out the red light on the floor.                       We had it installed and it didn't work correctly. We tried a few things thinking there is no way a new dishwasher wouldn't work. What we didn't realize is you have 48 hours to return these things. We are now a month into multiple visits and repairs trying to get this to work and still do not have a working dishwasher.

                      Absolutely terrible customer service
                      I purchased this on 7/4, scheduled for delivery 7/12. Installers wouldn't install because I didn't have separate valves to the sink & dishwasher. Had plumber come out same day to fix this. Delivery rescheduled for today (7/16), but dishwasher had a large dent. Now HD won't install until 7/25. When I called and said this was unacceptable, the agent I spoke to (Sara) immediately canceled my order and hung up the phone. Now I am out a dishwasher & the sale price I paid. Terrible customer service.

                          Failure of Home Depot
                          On June 20, two incompetent HD delivery men delivered a Bosch SHE53C82N. Instead of the two carrying it, one put a rope around the middle of the machine and used that rope like sling over his back to carry the dishwasher by himself. When they left and I began to unpack the shrink wrap and foam, I saw that the stress of the rope had irreparably crushed the DW door and popped it from the control board. I still have not received a replacement, and the ruined machine still sits on my back porch.

                            Dishwasher is awesome install was left at dishwasher works, but sink drain now leaks so I had to fix the sink drain and bottom plate was left leaning where it should have been installed as if we wouldn't notice.

                            I've not been impressed with the dishwasher. It may be also that the delivery and installation was disastrous. Tenco ( the contractors used for delivery and installation ) are horrible. I doubt I will purchase future appliances from Home Depot. If I do, I will have someone else install.

                            Do not buy
                            Even though this is still under warranty, Bosch still wanted to charge $179 to come out and $200 an hour in order to fix it if they couldn’t find the intermittent problem. I also was told the warranty was only one year for parts & labor, but their website clearly says some parts are 5 years. Our last Bosch lasted 18 years. This thing won’t last 5 years imho.

                              I was surprised how quiet this machine is. I’ve had this machine for about a month and my dishes are cleaner than ever! Less room for silverware than my previous machine but not too bad. The stemware rack features are helpful too.

                              The build quality is pretty high, however using the panel to change the settings is nearly impossible for some settings and completely impossible for the drying setting. The dishes come out clean but I have to dry them. I realize Bocsh wants me to use their app but I’m not the kind of guy wants to use my phone to start my dish washer.
