[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch hood. Some people said the light got too hot, but I simply loosened the screw on the light cover to let the heat from the light escape. I also love the size so that my backsplash is not hidden.

Easy to install, it’s coming without wire so you need to take care of it. Looks perfect. After a few days without using it as I turned on with the lower fan speed, it gave some loud/vibration sounds. Then, it might needed some usage, could warm up and worked more silently.

The front of the has a gouge in it. Won’t send it back because it’ll take 3 months for replacement

Delivered on time with little hassle.

This hood is supposed to be set either to run the air outside or inside. The instructions say that there is a lever to set it either way. We could not find this lever. Took a long time to get to schdule a technician to come to check. Still waiting to be finilized.

Easy to install. Easy to clean. Works fine.

Looks great! Works as described and I love having a light now over my cooktop.

The hood looks very nice. It was a great compliment to a new kitchen. The fan is quite loud but manageable. You will have to buy 2 LED light bulbs to put in it because the bulbs it comes with are too hot. Good buy.

A little difficult to match the exhaust with my old system, but got it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Sleek Look. Stainless Steel. Lighting Ample. Ease of Use. Cons: Little loud. Clunky On/Off switches. Vent really doesn't vent well. Filter/Grill replacement parts are absurdly expensive.

Unit is well made and functions very well. However, the included incandescent bulbs burn very hot - this heats the entire unit to where it becomes hot to the touch. I replaced these bulbs with LED bulbs and the problem is solved.

The hood works great. The disappointing thing is that the top of the hood sags about 3/8” in the middle when viewed from the front. Thought the wood cabinet frame was bowed upward causing the gap but when I checked it with a metal straight edge it was dead straight. Hoped Bosch could do better.

Very poor lighting also gets very hot when light is on. Terrible design flaw want to take out and replace with something else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled our kitchen and bought a Bosch range and hood. The hood is very sleek and discreet, which is what we wanted. The fan is quiet & we are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hood has been in daily operation for one week. It seems to be as effective as it can be in a recirculating mode because we have no outside venting options. Unfortunately, we do not have charcoal filters (which are VERY expensive, e.g., $79-99.00 each-2 required) so strong food smells are not diminished before being returned to the environment outside of the hood. It does seem to be a bit loud, even at the lowest of three suction settings. As well, there is only one setting (high) for the dual light bulbs, which radiate an unexpected amount of heat to the top of the hood, though there does not seem to be any negative effect other than the top of the hood becoming unusually hot.
