I purchased this washing machine because I was replacing an earlier Bosch washer and I was assured it would fit in the space - which it does, perfectly. The washer itself works great though given it's their very high end model, I wish the chrome parts were made out of metal rather than plastic. The only downside was Home Depot's delivery service. The delivery people dropped the machine off at my house but refused to install it (even though, according to Home Depot, installation was included in the service).

This model does a great job cleaning cloths and has many options to ensure proper clean cycles. I like the fact that it displays energy and water efficiency bars for each cycle. When I purchased this I thought the wifi feature was just a "cool" thing to have, not really necessary but I have used the app several times to change settings and keep updated on the wash progress. It can alert you when the wash is complete as well as when the unit needs cleaning or needs an update. The machine is also pretty quiet! Overall, I love this model and highly recommend it.

Decent product but Home Depot has the worst customer service, and even worse installation experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a few months now. Bought it for an in Appartment unit. We use it often and are very happy with how well it cleans our cloths and how well it sanitizes our sheets and towels. It's very quiet too. The remote start and phone app allows you to do so much, like monitoring the progress and getting a notification when it's done. Saves having to check in on it in person all the time. Very happy with the purchase. Also, for it's small size it fits quite a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With several other Bosch appliances already in our home, and having grown up with them in Germany, I knew it was time to continue to add to our Bosch appliance collection here in the U.S. When it came time to look for a new washer and dryer we immediately went to Bosch for the 800 series washer and dryer. While I was convinced the machine was great, I could not locate I was unable to pin down whether or not the compact washer suitable for a family of 4, mom, dad, and two teens? Safe to say it is indeed very adequate in size to take care of all the laundry with ease. While the capacity is not as large as standard full size machines, a considerable amount of laundry fits comfortably in the wash drum. Moreover, with the option of a 30 min. and 15 min, wash cycle for lightly worn clothing, we have found that more laundry can be done in less time than standard full-size machines. This is an excellent machine. The unit is very quiet, no vibration, efficient, and it provides a bit more room due to its smaller footprint. This is certainly another winning Bosch product.

Machine Walks.... though clothes are clean. Way too much money for something that shakes my whole house. I cannot imagine anyone being able to use this in an apartment, false advertisement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer ( with its partner stacking clothes dryer) is GREAT. I live in a condo where every square inch counts. The "stack" replaced the footprint of a standard washer...and the vacated space now is being used by a small chest freezer. Like the European variety, the drum holds less than standard washers...but considering all the advantages it is well worth it...just smaller loads... The WiFi feature notifies me when the cycle is over...so I don't lose track of time and can get more loads done very effectiently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every appliance we have is a Bosch, and we've been alway very happy with the quality and performance. This washer replaces a very old Bosch washing maching and it is great. However, I am a iPhone user, and the Home Connect app DOES NOT work with iPhones... so, I have a wifi-enabled appliance that I cannot use as intended. Bosch told me over a month ago they will release an update for the app, but thus far it hasn't happened. Other than this (and I specifically purchased this washer because of the wifi capability), the appliance is great.

I especially like the interior light. I can see the laundry when I'm removing it and make sure a sock or underware aren't stuch somewhere on the drum. Happy I made the choice to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has multiple programs with variable options- clothing come out really clean- it's spin is just right - clothing isn't wrinkled and the fact that the machine has oudible finish signal is saving time. Takes little of laundry detergent with ideal results; Connection to cell phone is very helpful in the summer while gardening outside. Very easy to operate, light in the drum is allowing to check if all of the laundry is unloaded. I only wish it would operate on cold water intake -like all European versions - to safe even more energy. Overall the best laundry machine on the market

The washer is quiet, is vibration free, and is 2x as fast in the washer cycle time compared to our old machine. This machine is not hard on the clothing and offers a significant amount of preset menus that cover all of our washing needs. Environmentally the machine uses a fraction of the water that our old machine demanded. One addition I would like to see added is an internal light source just as our dryer offers. Avery useful feature and could added in a water tight configuration.

worst washer ever, got it because needed to fit specific space, also got the dryer; takes forever to wash and dry despite what cycle says ALWAYS runs longer
