[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's several things that could be improved on this dishwasher, that said, it is the quietest and best washer I've ever had. The following items need help: 1) the phone App frequently loses contact with the dishwasher despite opening the ports in my home router per the instructions. The dishwasher has automatically gone through two software updates and the App problem persists. 2) The power and start buttons feel cheap and vague. For a high end dishwasher, they need an improved feel. 3) Opening and closing the door is likewise vague and cheap feeling-- like a piece of plastic is going to snap off. 4) This model cannot fit a 1/2 sheet baking pan anywhere on the interior while upright, even with the racks raised. Now onto the good, that overshadow all the negatives... this machine cleans everytyhing so well. Glasses are spotless, pans clean, everything has such a clean feeling to it when removed. It is so quiet that I thought it was not starting and once I realized it was running, thought no way it will clean well because it doesn't sound like water is moving. When I installed this, I could see it was extremely well insulated with a high density insulation that surrounded everything. So quiet. In short, well worth the shortcomings and relatively high cost. No regrets on the purchase.

I could hardly hear it. Does a good job on cleaning and pretty easy to install. If you are upgrading to a new dishwasher, keep in mind that this one is a plug in. I made sure to buy the adapter.

And it lives up to its reviews: Dishes come out sparkling, it is whisper quiet and looks great. It took a few minutes to figure out the programming, but it wasn't a problem We are delighted with every aspect of this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit is very quiet. Much quieter than our old Whirlpool model that came with the 2015 built house. Installation was much easier than I thought. Three piece skirt plate that is put on last is a bit confusing because there is only written instructions and no drawings. There are some drawings. They are also confusing for a first time installer.Leveling device front and back side to side is clever. The WiFi feature is ambiguous. It does keep track of how many washing have been done and I think it will tell me when my cleaning agent tank is empty but you can see this on the front panel anyway. I hope it will last longer then the last 9 year old dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a dishwasher that is under 34" in height since you tiled your kitchen floor raising the floor and decreasing the height available - this is the one! Had to add a piece of cabinet trim (about 1" wide) above to make it look good. Easy to install - both water & electrical connections. Was pleasantly surprised with Wi-Fi connectivity. Unit is very solid when compared to competitors. It costs more but well worth it.

To my disappointment this new dishwasher had so many problems with within the first 6 months of use. Decided to go back to my trusted brand Bosch.. and knew I would be happy with this machine because it has never failed me... so my lesson learned and as the saying goes... "if it's not broke don't fix it"

After reading numerous reviews and comparing several brands, we decided to bite the bullet and spend extra. It has definitely been worth it. The Bosch cleans well, is quiet and has some great extra features (like water softener).

When we came to the USA we bought a house with another brand installed. It failed within 5 yrs. Stupidly we replaced it with another, which also failed. Now we have a Bosch 800 and we could not be happier. It is as good as th eone we had many years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really! It's quiet, it cleans dishes like no other dishwasher I have ever owned. It tells me when to add rinse aids or salt for the built-in water softener. It send me notifications when it has finished. My only thing that I think needs to be improved is a load complete indicator on the front panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install: the dishwasher-side connections are permanent. Just connect water and drain, and plug it in. You level the rear legs by turning a screw in the front. It is unbelievably quiet! The upper rack handles all the utensils, so the basket isn't needed, freeing up space on the bottom rack. Everything comes out sparkling clean and dry. It's an excellent value for the quality and engineering you get.

Some trial and error is required to make sure there is no "foggy" residue on certain glasses - it may be due to water hardness or due to drying liquid. Would be better if the troubleshooting for this issue was better documented. There are also some inconsistencies with the app and WiFi features. Occasionally it will cycle connected/disconnected status on the app several times, making the app virtually unusable. Seems like a software issue, so I hope this can still be fixed. Besides that, the unit works as intended. It's main function - to wash dishes - performs very well, so I'm happy with the purchase.

Every time, you touch door it leave finger print and looks so dirty. Also, Pots are not clean. I just bought it and very disappointed. This is expensive also. I wish i can return it.

We are a family of 5 are tough on our dishes. We don't preclean them before loading the dishwasher and I've never had cleaned dishes in my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest problem we have is no clean indicator when the dishwasher is finished. 2h10m is a long time to wash dishes. We figure that a clean chip is missing from the hardware due to a chip shortage. We place a clean magnet on the door once started. Otherwise we like the dishwasher. Uses salt heavily for during the 2 hr wash cycle tho till next addition needed.

I have also noticed the quality of the stainless steel is above average, no fingerprints at all. Also love the third rack for silverware etc is an added bonus as is the many cycle choices available. Glad I made the decision to spend a little extra and get a BOSCH.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch Dishwasher. Every dishwasher is different, and as with every dishwasher I've owned, I've had to make some adjustments. I don't think the tub is really as big as it should be. I like big, generous, heavy dishes. For this dishwasher, I have had two shelve my regular every day dishes which are 11 inches across. I bought new melamine dishes which are 10 inches across. My every day drinking glasses are 6 inches tall. Once my old dishes and glassware were in place, the dishwasher arm would not spin. That's why I had to buy the new dishes, so everything would fit. So now, if I position the glassware just so on the middle rack, I can get everything to fit. It has been a challenge figuring this all out. I think the third, top rack just takes up too much space. I did want a third rack though so it's a compromise. But now, onto the good stuff. My hot water tank is a long way from the dishwasher. This has caused problems for a long time. I start the hot water at the sink which does well for the initial rinsing, but by the time my old machine got to the washing, the water was cool again. With this dishwasher, of course I start the hot water at the sink as always, but now I don't have to keep checking and going back. This dishwasher heats its own subsequent water, and does it very well. All my dishes and pots and pans come out absolutely sparkling! I have never really had a dishwasher that actually did pots and pans. I learned to not even try. With this dishwasher however, since it is new, I decided to give pots and pans to try. Baked on, crusted on messes disappear from everything! My pots and pans, bottoms included look like brand new! I set the dishwasher for the auto cycle and forget it. I am so happy to have a dishwasher that really does the dishes! This dishwasher is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Although I've had to make some personal adjustments, my new dishwasher is head and shoulders above all the rest, from my experience. I just wish it were a little bit bigger and it really would be absolutely perfect!
