Very disappointed in this Dishwasher so far, though I'm gonna' keep an open mind. It's NOT as quiet as any other Dishwasher I've ever owned; far from it. I don't think it gets my dishes as clean as I'd expect from a model in this price range. Very cheap-feeling parts. The thin rack on top is basically worthless.
I also can't figure out how to get my dishes to be completely dry, once the cycle is complete. The inside of the Dishwasher will stay damp/wet for days, unless I leave the door open overnight.
I'm not ready to say it's junk...but I'm almost there!

Love the versatility of this dishwasher. The middle rack can change position to accommodate taller items on the bottom or middle rack. The top rack is great for utensils and smaller items. The Crystal Dry feature is fabulous - everything, including plastic containers, is dry when the cycle ends. Worth the money!

Don't waste your money
I bought this dishwasher a little over a year ago. Last week it showed an E15 error. I called Bosch 3x to find an approved servicer. One servicer telling me the drive alone would be $400 (out of pocket). Mind you this didn't include parts or labor. The second company told me it would be a month before they could fit me in. All the while I can't use my kitchen bec I had to turn the water off bec the dishwasher has already leaked enough to soak my subfloor. Don't waste your money!

Delivered on Monday, broken on Thursday
I looked forward to receiving this dishwasher and it worked great, with the Zeolite drying getting plastic drier than any other dishwasher I had. This lasted two days, until it stopped with an E07 error. It took a week to schedule a person to fix it with Bosch. The repair person was great, but they sent the repair person with the wrong fan motor to replace the broken one. I'm very disappointed with the customer service as I have a broken dishwasher sitting in my kitchen currently.

The dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a very good job of cleaning. The Crystal Dry works just as advertising.

I especially like the adjustable height of the upper shelf. I also like the half load, speed wash (60 minutes!), and eco options. Very pleased with this machine

Very poor engineering and product quality
I had this dishwasher for 2 weeks and the inside tub and inner metal door rim were rusting. Called Bosch and they told me to "just wipe it out."
I had a Frigidaire dishwasher for 10 years before it showed any ware.
No more Bosch products for me!!!

terrible install by Home Depot!
Dishwasher installation issues:
1)None of the dishwasher original documentation was provided. accessories kit not provided
2)Top rack won’t slide out fully.
3) Dishwasher front is not flush with cabinetry
4) supply hose was left in kinked pile at the bottom of sink cabinet which interferes with use of pullout drawer and prohibits doors from closing
5) drain hose left in a pile at the bottom of cabinet interferes with use of pullout drawer

Bosch service only makes it worse
Getting Bosch to honor their warranty on this item is a train wreck of never ending circles and non-help. Really, I’ve gotten better customer service at the DMV.
They recommended service companies. I chose one. They came and diagnosed the issue as one covered by warranty, but now Bosch won’t get us the parts… they just refuse to help and they even bad mouth their own recommended partners. On the phone I get transferred around and then their system dumps me out. No thanks. Run!

Amazing!!
This is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I can’t believe how crystal clean everything comes out. I put in a pyrex dish with baked on pasta casserole residue and this dishwasher cleaned it to the cleanest i have seen since i bought the dish! No joke, this dishwasher does a near miraculous job. The feature that hooked me was the fact that it drys plastic, and i can attest that it absolutely does dry plastic. If you’re looking for a dishwasher, this should be high if not top of your list

Worked great for 2 months then…..
Dishwasher worked great for 2 months then got an e15 error code. Bosh says they don’t have any technicians that service my area. I live near one of the largest city’s in the country!!!! Now I have to schedule with a local repair place for warranty work and miss a day of work. This is my first Bosh product. Not a good first impression.

This dishwasher cleans well. To use the Crystal Dry feature, it adds a very long time to the cleaning cycle. Overall build quality is only ok. Others are built better. Rollers are cheap and not very smooth at all. It’s quiet being rated at 42dBa. Not fingerprint proof stainless.

Good when it works, garbage customer support.
Had this for about 2.5 years. When it's working, it's a great dishwasher.... but when it stopped working, I've had a heck of a time getting any assistance with it. We've tried every video, every suggestion. We contacted Bosch and they won't even try to help. Getting a repair person here has so far proven impossible.
Bottom line - You can get a good dishwasher for half the cost of this unit. It will probably last longer, and if it does have issues, it'll be easier to fix or have fixed.

Not that great.
This is an incredibly quiet unit, but we were drawn to all of the reviews about how well it dries. Unfortunately, it’s no better than any other dishwasher in that regard, and we didn’t feel it was worth the extra money.

It is soooo quiet and the dishes are clean. You...
It is soooo quiet and the dishes are clean. You can be standing right in front of the machine and not know it is running. This model has a floor light. I small red circle (2" diameter) that shines while running, flashes when paused, and turns off when the dishes are done. We tested its cleaning with an Oatmeal bowl that had been left out. Came out very clean with no trace of the oatmeal. Very happy with my Boch!
