[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just learning to use the features on this oven. I ave baked some cookies and covection baked chicken breats with the Thermometer probe feature. This far, I've that reccomended cooking times on the chart are too short. The finished beep is not very loud as in some other reviews. I like the pullout cassarole rack and the easy grip baking racks. the control panel is vry sensitive and if bumed against it senses the touch. Just hit cancel. I will add to review after I have used this for a longer time.

Be aware when you open the oven at high temperature it will blast hot air to your face. If you are wearing glasses you most likely won’t see anything while trying to pull out the baking tray. Also, the vent does not cool the oven completely when done baking. The oven keeps generating a huge amount of hit in the house. Watch your children when using this oven so they will not walk by it. The stainless steel top will burn your hands if you touch it after its done baking and the vent is off. Not a safe oven to use. Need a recall ASAP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying this oven. I love the ability to control it from my phone. Even if I physically turn the oven on, I get an alert on my phone that the oven is preheated which is nice. So far, no problems. I love the telescoping rack as well.

The Bosch 800 Series Single Wall Oven performs in an outstanding manner. It pre-heats quickly, is quiet as it works, its lights fully illuminate the cooking space and has many options for cooking food. I'm thrilled with it.

Purchased oven and induction cooktop from Bosch and had both delivered on Thursday, 1/12/2023. Installed on Saturday 1/14/2023. Received error message on oven. Tried contacting Bosch on numerous occasion and waited on hold for in excess of 30 minutes. Fan needs replaced. Have been trying to get a resolution to this issue since Sunday, 1/15/23. It is now 1/23/23 and I have yet to be able to get resolved either via Home Depot or Bosch. Spent $5500 and now going on 12 days without an oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement for a GE Monogram that parts were no longer available. Bosch has a reputation for quality and this oven has all the features I was looking for in a mid range appliance.

The oven is working as expected. We like the controls and operation. Based on the thermometer we have in the oven the temperature seems spot on (unlike our last, non-Bosch, oven). Only complaint so far is based on one, hopefully singular, event. Had the oven on for about 2 hours at a very high temperature, and for the last 45 minutes or so the fan got really loud and it sounded "uneven" (best way I can remember it). Has only happened once but we have not had the oven on for that length of time at that temperature since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my oven for about a year now. One of the best features is the telescopic rack which slides so easily. The fast preheat function is another favorite. The control panel on the oven is laid out nicely and intuitive. I only recently connected the oven to the HomeConnect wifi app. The app could use some improvement but it is convenient to be able to turn the oven on remotely. One thing I hate about the app is to select the oven temperature you can't simply key in the digits of the temp you want, you have to run your finger around a circular digital dial and try to stop preceisely on the temperature usually ending up a few degrees higher or lower than you intend and having to keep trying to get it spot-on. Connecting to the app also required scanning a QR code that wasn't included in any of the manuals that came with my oven. I had to search online to find it. I would have given 5 stars if the HomeConnect app was better.

It knows what simmer means, it knows what rolling boil means without reaching Mt.Vesuvius. My splatters are less than half from my last double oven. The convection oven is SO Much quieter and works a lot better. I cooked a 20# turkey to 170 F in 1 hr and 50 min. on conv. roast. And was golden brown and moist. I read from a review that somebody had spilled somthing thru the vent holes on top and couldn't clean it. Not so with my oven a total of 11 screw and you can get to the inner glasses. Be very careful with the inner glassed but it is do able. I was going to add some suggestions for the control panel but I see that it has been redesighned so maybe they have been adressed.
