Will buy compression next time
I purchased this valve because I had a 1/2 inch threaded copper fitting on the pipe, big mistake! In order to stop the leak, I had to tighten it so much that the outlet pointed down! NEVER again will I buy an FIP valve, go with compression and you can point the outlet anywhere you want.
