It's a toilet water connection hose, what can I say? Good quality, went on easily without issues. Seals work well as I didnt have to tighten more than a hand. Should last for years. Why did I put it on? Previous hose was 12in and there wasnt enough hose play to work in the area to screw on without it leaking. Work smarter not harder so I bought a couple inches longer for ease of install.

Just used three of the 3/8-in. with quarter-turn valves when replacing 3 old residential toilets with new Kohler Santa Rose uni-body toilets (flawless toilets). The new toilets sat higher so a 12-in. connector was needed instead of the existing 9-in. connector. Used plumber's tape wrapped in the same direction as the thread turn and wrenched it tight at the quarter-turn valves; and then hand-tightened the connector to the toilet. Flawless performance on all 3 toilets.

Returned. Wrong size.

Had to take it back because it was to big. I had to get a 3/8 by 7/8 it worked fine

Fit perfectly, easy to install

Worked as it should. I've had good luck using these. They do tend to not be reusable after 10 years or longer but to me that's great. Even have reused them in a pinch with a good outcome.

The product is placed in a bin that has all sizes mixed in because the staff is to lazy to sort them and put them in the correct bin. I hope the manager of the store keeps his home in better order than the store . It is not just the part described it is al of the hardware and parts in the store. It is also a mess in the parking lot as well.

It comes with the necessary gaskets, which is a must. The installation is easy and it works.

Great product. Just right.

label stated 1/2" FIP, but it was actually 3/4" FIP - very unusual - Home Depot accepted return without question
