[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in an area where there are a lot of deer we feed them. The only problem with it is they seem to have a dance in our back yard. In wet weather the deer make a lot of davits and it's hard to walk on the lawn. The roller dose a good job of flattening things back down. We fill it with water and pull it with a riding mower but for flattening down mole trails we only put enough water in it to use it by hand. Glade we bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched and reviewed many different makes and models of a lawn roller that would fit my needs. I needed a hand roller with the appropriate weight for manual operation. I had my lawn replaced last year and I wanted a roller to use each year to smooth any lawn ridges, worm mounds or mower tracks. The Brinley - 28 gallon push/pull lawn roller fit my needs perfectly. The quality of the roller is excellent and is easy to handle thanks to it's excellent mobility. I did make one modification to fit my needs when storing the lawn roller. I super glued a magnet onto the plug so that it can air out properly when hung up without worry about misplacing the plug.

Works great for flattening a yard that's been neglected for too many years. Also working well to smooth out a large area that was tilled. The hand push reel mower runs noticeably smoother after only a few passes. It went together quick and easy and it is ideal that it is so light when empty.

I brought the roller home and assembled it, when I filled the roller with water, it had a leak, so I had to drain it and return it to the store, poor quality

Was shipped with missing parts, but Brinley sent replacement overnight express.

I wanted something small enough to push but heavy enough to smash my lawn this fit the bill. Very good quality and easy assembly.

This is a really handy roller. It is small enough to use around flower beds and other outdoor items such as swing sets and landscaping, but it has enough weight to flatten areas that moles have been digging up. I like it!!

Some assembly on the handle and fill with water or sand. I loved it. Use it mainly on an area I covered in 3/4 rock. Works great.

I love my roller. It's easy to move around the yard. I've used it 3 times already. I've wanted my yard rolled for years & now I can do it myself when I want to.

Got the job done I needed to do

I just laid about 10 yards of mulch down and it was very wet and clumpy and I needed a smoother lock so I’d let it dry out for a few days and then ran the roller over top of it and it looks fantastic!

So far very happy with this product was easy to assemble and very simple to operate and was pleased with the price seems to be pretty durable hopefully it'll last a long time

Light when empty, rolls easily when full (HEAVY), easy to fill and easy to empty, heavy pastic roller.

Assembly was easy and straight forward. I loved how the nuts and bolts were bubble packaged and separated into assembly stage categories. If you're planning on rolling your lawn by hand, don't put too much water in it because it's heavy. Great product!

Love that it can’t rust. Should last a long time. It has nice rounded corners so it won’t tear up the grass when I make turns.

Went together well. A design change on handle is in order as it is only one bolt and handle pivots.

Little bit lighter with water - 233 les, but if ou fill it with sand ou reach 270 lbs

Purchased a month ago and have used several times behind a lawn tractor packing down a base for lawn repairs and class A gravel for a turnout. Tows easy or can be pushed/pulled by arm strength yet is heavy enough to do a good job. Plastic roller doesn't leak and handles rough ground/small rocks without damage. 2' width is perfect for getting in to tighter spots

Was a fun way to loose a few pounds. Start with a small amount of water then increase as you go.

I put this together myself in about one hour, and had it attached to my lawn tractor in 10 minutes. I rolled the lawn once so far, and it is good. It is just enough weight to smooth my lawn, yet is easy to move by hand. I recommend this roller.
