Easy install to replace a similar unit that had lasted 20 years. There is a finish plate which has slots in it for mounting the glass light cover and vent assembly. Makes a sturdy mount of the glass light cover.

I had to to modify the fan to stop it...

I had to to modify the fan to stop it from making a high pitched very unacceptable noise.I would never buy that fan again.
