Replaced two in my daughters house that were same brand but were about 40 years old (assuming they were original with house). Wasn't sure of old model number (no numbers visible), but was able to keep old housing (so didn't need to get in attic) and just replace fan/light components and light cover. Components were direct replacements. Good product, but they need to improve to where it can be installed without getting into attic for complete replacements. All but one of the old components still worked, so keeping those as spares, but covers had aged/yellowed and one light cover had fallen off and broke. Not bad for 40 year old fan/light/heater system.

I will agree with others it is loud. Replaced one we bought 30 years ago. The person that put this one in could not get all 3 on a separate switch.. The old one had it's on switch on the wall, but he said this one you had to connect the vent and light together. Reading other comments I'm not sure he was correct. But it works and I am glad to have heat in my bathroom again.

The package I received came complete with the exhaust fan, light assembly, and heater. The heater assembly of my original bathroom Broan unit recently became faulty after 20 years of use. I replaced all three components and they were extremely easy to install. My "old" Broan unit works and looks like new.
