Easy to install and very quiet

A great replacement for the basic 50cfm fan installed by our builder. Much stronger and quieter and able to clear moisture from the long showers certain family members are famous for. The fan really can be easily installed from the room-side as advertised, provided that the old fan is not screwed to the ceiling joist using the two metal wings on the outside of the fan box (mine was and required a trip into the attic.) My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to redesign the somewhat wonky spring clips that secure the cover to the fan body...they hold very well and provide easy access for cleaning, but are a little difficult to install.

Great air movement and yet whisper quiet. Very happy with the purchase.

Works well, light is bright and fan is quick to suck out the humidity from the room but it was a little difficult to install. Though the fan works very well it is FAR from silent. I think the description says "so quiet you might not know it's on" but whoever wrote that was probably deaf.

It was very different to install. Part didn't go together like the instructions said. Only good thing is the light is bright.

We bought 2 of these, but one is a bit noisy and rattling a bit when installed and secured properly.

So far so good the fan in not Frigerator quiet as advertised on the website.

Clips to hold light up suck they are cheap and dont work !

As many have stated, the cover lacks a good set of springs to hold the cover. I spent over 15 minutes on that alone. I had to bend them just right to hold the cover in place. The clips the springs snap into aren't much help as the springs would pop out many times. Fan is ok quiet but not the best. The light is freaking almost too bright. I needed a fan so this worked.

not impressed with build , the cover is poorly done , its keep sagging down, not a good purchase

This is our second Brian-NuTone that we have purchased and installed in our house. This is an excellent product, that is quite, easily installed and efficient.

The fan works great, and is extremely quiet. Replaced a 40 year old bathroom ran and light and used Home Depot installation services which were great and reasonable.

So very quiet. Very easy to place. The light for me is very bright and is focused on the shower that we moved to the corner of the bathroom. Excellent product !

The normal LED is super bright but not overpowering. The anti-microbial light is neat. The fan is a little loud, but that means it's moving a lot of airflow out of the bathroom which is great. You might need to drill some mounting holes through the metal sides like I did to secure it into place overhead. pretty simple install.
