FANTASTIC BBQ
Great even cooking i smoked a brisket on mine for 14 hrs low and slow it kept a steady 225 used my broil king thermometer to monitor the cooking nice heavy build very happy with it.

USELESS...
Bought the 2018 version of this grill. HUGE waste of money. Originally, unusable ...with temperature range of 500+ to 700+ ONLY. Came without gas flow control (other than burner dials) and way too hot to use. Had to pay to get flow control added, which made it usable...but even then low heat is more like medium heat. Then the main thermometer quit working...and the whole thermometer housing fell off (perhaps due to the excessive heat). Looks nice, but that is it.

Depending on the version (LP vs NG), our grills are designed to be connected to a 20lb propane tank OR a natural gas connection.
If the grill is missing a part that should have been included, our Customer Support Team is happy to send a replacement part. If a grill came with the wrong gas connector, it's possible the incorrect version was purchased: exchanges can be discussed with the retailer the grill was bought from.

Very sturdy grill
Great grill, works well and gets hot fast, convenient having two openings and the rotisserie works a treat, sturdily built, I would highly recommend it.

Still impressive

The BBQ provides ample cooking area, with great heat control that can maintain both for slow and searing cooking. We’ll built, easy to assemble and looking for years of usage.

Well built, long lasting and versatile
I have owned this line of grills for 5 years now. It is well built and works beautifully. No rust! Ignition still works! Grills have not needed replacement! I also love having the separate grill area which I have reserved for my vegan guests and one family member. Excellent quality. Like it so much I am about to order another one for a second home. I have owned many grills and this one has outlasted every one of them

Best BBQ

Dream BBQ

I love the features and thought the two different cooking spaces would be to much... but makes it very easy if I am BBQing for one or for the larger area for the family. Amazing BBQ ! Change the way you BBQ !
Having the two side sure changes your view on how and what to grill !
Controls are nice and accurate. Once you get the hang of the dials, you can really dial in the temp. Assembly was easy! Mine came 90% assembled. IR on the side makes steaks taste even better.
I bought a lot of the accessories for this as well. Factory cover = worth it all day long / Rib roaster as well is a great thing / Cast iron wok / Veggie basket for the rotisserie is also worth it. Highly recommend the silicone mat so you have a nice place to put things.
It is a big price tag but the enjoyment / cooking abilities are so worth it !!!
