I'm being generous with my rating because the hardware is pretty solid. First, the materials you have to assemble are not all cut consistently. An amateur like me would never have multiple components of anything 1/8 off and these doors each had a couple, including width and length. A little trimming and being conscious of which ends will match helps. My biggest beef is the wood is a bit warped. The final hanging doors to not meet at their joint when perfectly plumb. I did manage to adjust to make the vertical meet, but the bow in the left door has it flush at the top and in front of the right by about half an inch.
I had to call for a missing piece of hardware and was less than impressed with the "customer service" representative. After hours of putting these things together, she simply just told me to bring them back. Well, I live an hour from the nearest store and just bought this house. And no lady...gravity is consistent and the warped wood has nothing to do with anything I did. I've decided to keep the defective doors and made most things work ok. I'm keeping them as a monument and reminder of how I was talked to, the awful instructions, and the fact this manufacturer will not call me back after a couple of messages. Do not buy anything from CalHome and expect anything but frustration. Frankly, don't call HD for support as you'll find their level of helpfulness between insulting and arrogant.
