Well packed, good instructions, quality, reasonable assembly

We are using it over our hot tub space. Perfect fit! Easy to install, no missing parts! I added a roll down shade without making any holes in the framing also!

It was easy to install, is a quality product, and looks great.

Great product! Looks very nice installed on our patio. Very durable product! A few days after installing the roof we had a strong storm come through with wind gusts that snapped trees and knocked out power, torrential rain, and the roof held up fine with no damage or leaks!

Not the best installation instructions, but we figured it out and it looks great! Love it!

To be honest, The shipping company was a pain to work with.... but once we got our product, it made it worth it! My husband put it together by himself in a couple of hours....& the product it’s self is super sturdy and better than we hoped! I would recommend this product to everyone! Great addition to our back yard

I ordered this awning in October, which shipping was pretty quick. Installation directions were simple. My son and I took our time, and it took us about four hours to install it. When I ordered it, my wife was kind of skeptical of it with viewing just a picture of it online, and not actually seeing it in person. But, once we got it all up we were all very impressed with it. The quality is great, and it looks awesome! We all love it, especially my wife! We can go outside when it's pouring rain or snowing, and don't have to worry about getting wet. We had a big hail and wind storm, and it held up without any damage or issues. It's added so much to our home. Every time someone comes over and sees it, they ask us about it, and talk about how much they like it. Actually, a couple of friends are planning on getting one for their homes. It's a great investment, and I would definitely recommend it.

The general design and quality are good. But the bottom gutter design is poor. The u-channels which fit the bottom of the Lexan panels, are not retained, as intended. The keeper bracket is too narrow to reach them. And the bolt covers were not included in the package.

well built, easy to assemble

Absolutely love this cover! Fairly easy to install if you can follow installation instructions, have a cordless drill, and a couple friends. Installed it in 1 day. Great investment for our home!
