Works great on my vintage stereos

Use of lubricants on Model Railroad track is controversial among modelers. It is a balancing act between better conductivity and reduced traction. I have a DCC system and consistent electrical contact is essential for smooth operations. A few drops of CRC 2-26 on the rails makes for a big improvement. It also helps with unreliable contact between delicate copper wipers and tiny wheels. Products are sold specifically for model railroad use, but in my experience 2-26 works better and is much less expensive.

It wasn't CRC you were selling. I was a knock off brand. The lubricant appears to not have the same performance we've come to trust in CRC brand.

Seems to work good for basic oxidation. It doesn't work miracles, if you're contacts are corroded you need to fix that first.

This stuff did the trick! My ceiling fan light chain was stuck. Seconds later it was clicking again!

This product is an amazing electrical lubricant for sticky switches, closet light pull strings and fan on/off chains. Safe to use, non flammable.

This is a great product. Probably one of the top 10 best products I have ever found. It improves conductivity in old switches and electrical connections. For example, I have an old Maytag gas dryer which is about 30 years old. The temperature switch had an intermittent issue and mostly was not working. I sprayed this into the switch and at the blade connectors, let it dry for about 4 hours, and my dryer is now working like new. It starts heating immediately like it should.

The only lubricant I use for almost anything. Sliding door wheels, electric contacts etc.

Great lubricant for plenty of things, especially on plastic and stainless mechanisms.

Did not work for my application. I used it to make extension cords easier to plug together and saw no improvement.

Does what it's supposed to do. And it comes in a small contianer which I can keep in my motorcycle saddlebag for whenever I need to lube a switch... or whatever might need it.

This lube is very effective and economical solution for reconditioning electronics. I also recommend the contact cleaner from CRC also for cleaning all noisy pots beforehand.
