Got this to replace my basement heater. Works great. Don't have to use any other heaters in basement now.

The unit puts out the heat it should but the humming sound it’s quite loud is that common with all of theses units? We have loosen the screws tried many adjustments but nothing helped. Going to return it. Sorry for the bad review.

Purchased as a replacement for the original unit when home was built in 1985. The cadet looks and works fine. Easy to install. I would also recommend the digital thermostat to achieve the most efficient operation.

Started off fine but after a few days started 'humming' just like the one it replaced.

The radiator came with a dent in the middle of the panel. Can customer service make this right without having to return this radiator to the store?

First heater had to many dents and package poorly second had two small dents

It came with a dent in the top edge of the heater and the box was not damaged at all it must have been packed that way but I installed it anyway where it is most people will not notice the dent. It does work fine

The heaters were excellent, but having them installed was not easy because I bought the Cadet Double-Pole 22 Amp 120-Volt/240-Volt Wall-Mount Mechanical Non-programmable Thermostat to go with them, and it seems there is a problem hooking them up using this thermostat, if you have two side by side on a long wall or connected going around a corner, or both. It’s not that I didn’t hire an electrician to install them, but I would suggest that you really need to hire someone who knows what they are doing with baseboard heating. In the end I guess they are working properly and they look good.

Easy installation to replace the original failed baseboard heater of the identical color and size. The price was much less than I expected, thanks Home Depot..

Installation was easy. But it was an extended burn off time of several hours before there was no odor coming from the heater.

This is a great item with easy instructions to follow. Any person can install it. The only thing one needs to keep in mind is that it produces a smell of paint burning for a while after itis turned on. This is normal and a door or window may need to be kept open for ventilation. Good product overall.

I bought this to replace one that had stopped working. If I could put a hot water baseboard in my home, I would. These units are not energy efficient and you must be careful not to put furniture or other items right up against the unit.
