Worst Purchase of All Time!!!!
We thought we had hit the jackpot with this fridge! The Keurig feature was a selling point! However, never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that a refrigerador could cause so much stress.
When I tell you that every single plastic shelf has been replaced on this hunk of junk, I’m not lying. EVERY SINGLE ONE AND MORE THAN ONCE.
Now, the screen decided to stop working which is hundreds of dollars to replace. With the screen going out, we now have no ice and have had to throw out everything in my freezer because it’s no longer freezing the items. Not to mention, no filtered water and no Keurig.
I am in tears as I write this. I have never been so frustrated. I will never be purchasing another GE product ever again. At this price point, the appliance should be flawless. For what I have spent to replace the shelves and now the screen, I could have purchased a top of the line appliance. Save your money and purchase any other brand.

Amazing Fridge!!
I love this fridge. So nice not to have a big Keurig coffee maker on the counter. The app for GE appliances is awesome too, it allows me to schedule the Keurig to start heating up so it will be ready to go when I get up in the morning.
I’m a baker so I can set custom water temperature for the perfect yeast to bloom.
It also has a precise measure for water. If you need cups, quarts, etc. it measures it perfectly for you.

Don’t buy
SOooooo VERY disappointed!! After months of shopping and deciding on what I thought was the best fit for us clearly is not.
Feels and looks cheap. After 2 hrs in my kitchen, freezer not working. Flimsy shelves/drawers. Not the quality I expected from Café. Returning mine!!!

Great except for the constant freezing up.
We absolutely love this refrigerator especially with the Keurig coffee center in the front. It looks beautiful and it functions excellent except for the freezer door that freezes shut probably once every 6 months. It's very frustrating! Everything has to come out and then we have to thaw it out. We have wood flooring that is getting warped from the dripping. Had people out twice to try to fix it. Now we just accept that it's something we have to do every 6 months. I hate to get rid of it but maybe it's time to try a different brand unfortunately.

If the freezer drawer is stuck closed and will not open, there is likely moisture that has frozen inside the freezer that is preventing the drawer from opening. Great look !
Absolutely love the look and feel of this unit.
Only I device for 30 days - so longevity can not be evaluated .
Stays cold and all components work properly
Always annoyed when I see extra foam that was not properly addressed by quality control - but this seems to be an issue with all brands ?
I did purchase an extended service plan due to the complexity of the unit - this fridge provides hot water , makes coffee and has WI-FI - so I can monitor remotely
So far - I truly like this product

Great features but low quality
We love the look and features but have problems with water leaks in the front door. Also very low-quality build. The chrome trim on the inside shelves is stick-on and all shelves trim is delaminating and peeling off! This issue should be covered under warranty for a refrigerator less than 5 years old!

Marketed as "counter depth" but is not.
This unit's depth is 28.375 inches without the door handles. A standard U.S. residential counter depth is 24 inches. Our previous refrigerator's depth was 26 inches. It's not a deal breaker and isn't too obtrusive. Just remember marketing terms mean nothing. Measure twice - buy once.
Overall it's a nice unit with great features and has been reliable.

Nice but not high end
I’ve owned less expensive refrigerators in the past, LG being the most recent, and was more pleased. The GE Cafe is esthetically very nice and the technical features such as measuring your water, making coffee, etc are wonderful. However, it is NOT smudge proof which is one thing we were told was a feature. It smudges very easily and cannot be cleaned with stainless steel cleaner as that makes it work. The other issue is the ice dispenser. The ice, without fail, falls onto the ground every time. It shoots in different directions and continues to shoot out even after the lever is released. I pick ice up toys off of the ground every single day, now I have ice in addition :(

Quality refrigerator!
We’ve had the Cafe with Keurig feature almost a month now. It is beautiful, and the layout gives more room than our old side by side, so easy to find everything! The app with Alexa works perfectly for heating the water for coffee! I wish it was fingerprint resistant, but other than that we really love our new refrigerator!

Lovely Refrigerator
I just received the fridge and am happy beyond my expectations. I've loaded it up, and it's roomy, easy to move shelves. It's pretty quiet, much quieter than my last fridge. I've made coffee, which is just....wow!! Looks beautiful with the Cafe ovens. Could not be more happy with our selection of the GE Cafe appliances!

Missed Keurig

Almost perfect!
Love the fridge. The lighting is the best I’ve ever seen in a refrigerator. Love the precise fill. The Keurig works perfectly. The inside of the refrigerator is gorgeous, love the counter depth. I like to be able to see just what I have. That way things don’t get lost and then go bad. Far less spills as well since the kids can’t just cram stuff in. The freezer is wonderful. Keeps my ice cream sandwiches at the perfect temp for the correct consistency. The only thing I would change is the ice maker, I always end up with ice on the floor no matter what I do, I even hold my cup all the way up. The door space was perfectly designed. The fridge looks very lovely in my kitchen!

Awesome product. Just having issues with the wifi.
Love how easy all the drawers glide, they have a feel of great quality. The Kureg coffee is fantastic. Having hot water dispensed at different temperatures is awesome. Love the different temperature zones too. Displaying how many ounces of water being dispensed is also great. I love my fridge and am the envious with my friend because of the Kureg. I took a year researching refrigerators, fell in love with the Ge Cafe. My wife is a happy lady too.

LOVE
I love the exterior color and finish of this fridge. Easy to CLEAN! The fridge space is great and freezer is nice too.
The best part is the hot water feature and Keurig! No clutter on the counter with a Keurig machine.
Also GE Cafe did not have a match to the slate finish for the wall oven so I had to go stainless steel. This was not my first choice but...I do love to mix metals. Seeing is believing. My Kitchen Design turned out amazing and sharing a photo for those that are skeptical.

Best Fridge!
I bought this fridge online and did not see it until it was delivered. I’m in love with it! We got it to match our other GE Profile appliances and we’re so glad we went with this one! Love the attached Keurig and the French doors. Lots of space for the counter depth. Very happy with my purchase!

replaced a larger fridge at my cabin. Just love it. Plenty big but not imposing love all the features it has and will replace other fridges with same when they go out. Very happy with it.

Could be better
The inside must have gotten wet from a spill because the fake silver trim on one of the crisper drawers got distorted. very disappointed for the price of the fridge.

Love the coffee
I’ve had this fridge for 2 months and really like it. I use the coffee maker almost daily and find the counter depth much more attractive in the kitchen but still plenty of room. It’s well lit up and love the storage on the door in the freezer. The butter holder with the drop down shelf is very useful.

Love the coffee maker!
Added cafe appliances to kitchen renovation. Love how it looks and the coffee maker works great. Love the counter depth even though we gave up space on the inside . The flash drive is a bit hard to get in place when adding pics to the slide show.
