This refrigerator is quite simply a work of art. The “wow” features begin at first glance and only escalate throughout the entire fridge. Well done GE.

I really wanted 4-door that is easy to clean. This is a little lower than my old one, so a short person like me can reach easily.

This is a beautiful and perfect refrigerator and freezer. I like the "flex" space that can be freezer or refrigerator, it holds so much. The shelves for the doors hold a lot of items, and the Led lights inside is just icing on the cake. We love the ice maker, we have ice on demand, it is awesome.

I absolutely love this refrigerator and researched it for months as I tried to track a place that I could see it in person as the price is not cheap. I was elated when I saw it person. The day it was delivered the doors were uneven, ice maker spilled over with large amounts of water laying on our floor which we never saw for hours. All the meats in the freezer got freezer burn and had to be discarded. So we cannot use the one freezer because of the uneven doors. Tech came out and could not fix the door, ice maker broken, auto fill not working properly, the noise when running louder than any refrigerator prior. We did not realize there is lifting under the door that dispenses the water. That would be because that does not work. GE sent out parts but instead of sending the hinge that allows the door to go up and down, they sent door stopper. I am requesting from the appliance place I purchased this from to come get it. Cannot get replacement because apparently this is out of production, at least that’s what I am told. If this refrigerator makes it to you in one piece it is beautiful. We will now be without a refrigerator until we can find new one living from coolers. I never expected a GE product to ever be like this for the money.

Been looking for a fridge that would fit perfectly in our space. All quad-door refrigerators were too big...until this little gem came along. We have extra refrigerator space for the lower right hand door when needed. Love the cafe line.

It’s well made and roomy with large drawers for produce. I love the way the whole back lights up. The glass panels on the outside doors are so easy to clean. This is the best refrigerator I’ve ever owned.

So happy with my purchase! Just delivered today and it looks amazing in my kitchen.

We have a spot that’s developed behind the glass on the top left quad door. It’s only 5 months old. Does the warranty cover this?

We bought this refrigerator via our favorite membership club. In a time when everything is on back order due to shortages, we surprisingly received it in a reasonable amount of time. It is very elegant and clean looking, yet very functional and well thought out. The quad door style works great since we need more fridge space than freezer in the kitchen area. We shopped competitors and they were either out of stock or too tall to fit our cabinets. The glass exterior is fantastic and super easy to clean. The lighting/interior is so much above the average appliance in aesthetics. Wifi connection and auto sensing water is totally unnecessary, but it is "cool" to show off to friends & family. We love all of our GE/Cafe appliances and hope this one is as durable as the others. I have added photos of it fully loaded with items so you can get an idea of what fits on the doors.

We shopped a long time looking for the perfect appliances and read numerous reviews for competitor brands versus GE. When we saw this Café series we looked no further. We purchased the refrigerator, oven & microwave. The classy & unique design & color of their refrigerator immediately caught our eyes; even the colors inside are artistically classy. The 4-door design offers great access and view of items inside. We feel like we no longer are wasting food. The larger trays on the doors offer amazing space! Three milk containers can be in one section and there is still a lot of room to spare (great for a big family). The ability to utilize the lower right drawers as a freezer, refrigerator or cooler was one of our top priorities. We LOVE this refrigerator. The issues we are sharing so far have not changed our opinion of this product. We assume all appliances have “burps” that need to be worked out and nothing is ever perfect. GE is sending a service man to look at the items shared here and we are optimistic they will be resolved. Our issues relate to (1) water auto-fill function sporadically malfunctions; (2) the ice dispenser is messy; (3) the amount of time it takes to notify you a door is open (15 minutes) seems too long; and (4) at the time of delivery the bottom doors did not align. (The delivery company suggested it might be a matter of replacing both the seals to get them to be even.) Ice dispenser: You have to hold a cup right up against the top of the area where ice is dispensed to avoid ice/water flowing out into the room. It doesn’t matter how large the cup is. Placing the cup on the tray, as you normally would, and pushing the ice button always develops into ice and water spewing out into the room. I’m sure your design engineers can resolve this issue for future models. This is not something we’ve experienced with other refrigerators. Water dispenser: The water autofill does not seem to be calibrated correctly. Some days, water only disperses a small amount at the bottom of an empty cup. We removed the cup & tried starting from scratch thinking it would reset the scale. Four tries later, the cup never filled up correctly. Other days the auto dispense feature does not calibrate correctly & water overflows over the top of the cup. When the cup overflows, it typically occurs when ice is in a cup. When manually adding additional water, if you push a cup against the back plate, it puts the cup at a slight angle. The way to avoid this is keep the cup sitting on the shelf and pushing the back plate with your hand to add additional water. (Not user friendly.) Water Dispenser/Ice Maker Design: Visually we feel this area does not match the classy design of the rest of the refrigerator. It’s “uneventful. Perhaps next time implement the colorful gold trim shown inside the refrigerator into the outside of the water/ice dispenser area. We wondered if making this area deeper and offering a different style control/button at the back of the dispenser might avoid some of the issues discussed above. Open door notification: It takes 15 minutes before technology notifies you a door is left open. Our suggestion for future models is to allow an adjustment for less than this time; even 5 minutes seems too long to leave a door open/ajar. Give customers a shorter choice. We still love this refrigerator! To anyone reading this review, we truly hope the issues addressed above do not discourage you from purchasing the Café Series appliances. We read numerous reviews for many other appliance companies before deciding on this series. I doubt there is any appliance that offers a perfect story. We are optimistic these things can be corrected. It is truly a beautiful appliance line!

I’ve had the Cafe modern glass refrigerator for about a month. It is amazing! Sleek glass front, no handles. Inside is beautiful also. Quite and beautiful.

We haven’t had new appliances in 13 years, and wanted to pick out appliances before we renovate our kitchen. Not only is it beautiful its functional capabilities exceed our expectations. It’s easy to use - and clean. The lower right compartment can be used as a freezer or refrigerator or chiller. We choose the refrigerator setting. We were thinking about a model with a drawer but this changed our mind. The water and ice are very easy to use. Interior back lighting is adjustable. The interior inside is spacious and the materials are very solid compared to other models. Its going on 3 weeks and we are still giddy about them when we are in the kitchen preparing meals

We've only had it 2 weeks. It has way more freezer and fridge space than our old 25 cu.ft. side by side. this one is 27.4 cu. ft. with the same outside dimensions. We like the french door style ( easier to find items on the shelves). Our only issue is, the dairy bin door broke off but with a quick call, they're sending a new one out. Another small issue is, the lower fridge drawers can pull out but not all the way out without opening both doors but not a big issue. I see why these refrigerators are back ordered everywhere (not to mention Covid issues), they are great refridgerators

We have had this awesome refrigerator for about 6 months. It replaced a problematic Samsung refrigerator, which replaced an LG refrigerator that leaked and caused massive damage to our house. The design is awesome. Every inch is well thought out. The 4 door design is brilliant. The amount of food that it holds is impressive. The best part, it just works. No longer is our refrigerator the center of attention in our house. Neither of the previous refrigerators lasted more than months without problems. It’s nice to be able to admire the refrigerator for doing its job, while not living under the imminent threat of flooding, refrigerator heat flashes, and ice everywhere other than it belongs.

I have this to refrigerator for a month now and am very pleased!!! From it’s look to the amount of storage to the flexibility of the multi-use section. Btw, this unit runs very quietly!! Love the auto-fill H2O feature!!

I needed a large refrigerator, I wanted style as well. I purchased this refrigerator over a month ago. It took awhile to get it. Well worth the wait. Plenty of room. Four adults in this home love it.

I ordered the platinum glass cafe and it is beautiful. I have not messed around with the temperature to see how the bottom changes into a refrigerator but I have noticed my fruits and the vegetables stay fresh for a long time. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

We bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago and we love the features like auto-fill, LED lights inside..all of it. Hopefully we will be able to use this as it’s quality is really good for so many years or lifetime! I am highly recommending everyone to buy this refrigerator. It’s worth of an investment.

I waited a few weeks in much anticipation and it was WORTH the wait! I love how versatile the options are and the storage room has been unexpectedly great! Love this and would purchase it again.

Waited 4 months for this fridge to come and it’s full of issues. 1) Shelves came loose and back panel is scratched 2) Doors were completely misaligned by half an inch on the whole left side. Good luck adjusting it - the ones on the upper side are somewhat simple, but on the bottom they mention to use a 9/16 wrench which doesn’t fit the nut (nut is slightly smaller, enough not to fit any wrench). What tool are you using? 3) I’ve had this for 2 to 3 days already and no ice was made on the dispenser. 4) bottom left freezer doesn’t freeze - same temperature as the fridge although the settings are correct to 0 (it liquified my ice cream). the bottom right as a freezer is working though. 5) plastic feet and rollers scratched my new floor! 6) plastic feet are also cheap and tricky to adjust What a waste of my time. Here I go again waiting 3 more months for a part or something else :-(
