I installed this convection oven in our remodel recently & love the ease of navigating the digital controls! The convection feature evens the heat so well that my Thanksgiving pies were all done at the same time even though one was 9” aluminum & the other was 10” deep dish glass! The turkey was browned to perfection!

Easy to use, great options. Love the WiFi. I have two of them and use them often. Highly recommend.

I bought this in February so since February 27 I had no oven for two months I had to get an electrician to move the electric junction and cut bottom 24 inches from the back of my cabinet. Plus it was back ordered and delivery date changed 3 times. 2 months with no oven during quarantine and Easter were unbearable time period in my household. But I like the remote start via the cafe app feature. Additionally, the air fryer is lovely. I changed my entire kitchen appliances to Cafe as they were mismatch. So despite delay/back order and 3 visit from electrician and cabinet guy, I am just happy to have all functioning appliances.

I bought this last month and would have given a 5 star rating except we have a small defect to address with GE on the inside of the door.

We bought this oven as part of our recent kitchen renovation. We’ve been able to use it for about two weeks and I love it so far! Our previous oven was a KitchenAid and took forever to preheat. This oven heats up quickly and seems much truer to its temperature. I haven’t tried all of the settings yet but the air fryer is great for Brussel sprouts. And I’m sure the remote start will come in handy at some point. I’ve used the steam clean feature once so far and love how simple it is. Lastly, it’s beautiful!

We updated our microwave/oven appliances to the cafe series by G E, there great love having them in our kitchen. There the real thing.

I purchase this wall oven along with other GE Cafe Appliances for a renovation project, all with upgraded Bronze hardware.

Heats up quickly. Blower is very quiet compared to our last couple of wall ovens. Holds temperature. Cooks evenly. Looks good. Nice display. Do not use the smart feature as I couldn't get it to pair with my phone. Only use manual control. Owners manual would be nice to have rather than online.

Recently Purchased this wall oven. Have not tried out all the features yet however so far this oven bakes really well.

The quality of this microwave/convection oven is great. I am still trying to figure out how to operate some of the features and understand the difference between some of the modes. It does take a while to preheat if you have to use that option. The microwave function is straight forward and easy to figure out. I like it so far but the price is a tad high for this unit.

Looks great in my kitchen! The oven light lights the interior to see what is baking. The slide out oven rack is great to put heavy pans in and out of the oven. Having no heating element in the bottom of the oven makes wiping out the bottom of the oven easier. I have baked cookies, chicken and a roast and all have done well. I like the display, and ability to change wall paper and the weather on the display.

Builder chose the Cafe line of appliances, before we purchased our band new home. After 2.5 years, the inside temper glass just shattered. Was in the process of broiling some Brussels sprouts. Turned on the broiling setting on high. The rack setting was in the middle. I broil, flake steak, Brussel sprouts, green-beans, and fresh chillies. The broil setting is one I favor. We have no small children. I am baffled as to why the temper inside glass would fail?

Positive: Oven looks great and professional. Me and the teenagers really like the screen and functions. Adding a second light was really a good idea. Racks are sturdy and the bottom one slide really easily, this is a great feature for heavy pots. I only used bake and roast with and without convection and both works great. Negative: Oven was larger then my old one which is fine and only add to remove shims but the main issue was the deepness. If you have the electrical box under the oven, note that there is a lip and the wire is not calculated in the dimension and sits between that lip and the wall. The result is that I add to break the sheetrock wall in order to pass the wire to have the front panel against the cabinet... Manufacturer should take note of this and allow a pass through option or recessed for the wire to go down. Other negative is the warming up time is long. I would buy it again though.

Heats quickly, lovely display, and one unexpected plus: it’s extremely well insulated, remaining cool to the touch, and heats my kitchen minimally!

The oven automatically changes the clock to daylight savings time in Arizona eventhough Arizona does not use daylight savings time. Twice I have set the correct time and twice the oven changes back, over night. This is frustrating! Otherwise the oven seems to work OK.

I love our new Cafe wall oven. I’ve never had a convection oven or one that had an air fryer. I love them both. Still haven’t used all the features the oven has yet but everything we have used are great.

Works well, heats quickly, intuitive display. So far (30 days) we have no problems with the oven. Heating is quick and even, cooking programs are intuitive and give good results.

Just started to use the oven. When I selected "update software", it got stuck on the bacon recipe. I cut the power to the oven for 15 minutes. It did not help. Probably a software problem. I let GE know the problem. I think it has now been fixed.

We are still learning about all the oven’s features, but love it already.

For the most part I am happy with this oven but it has one major flaw. During a self cleaning cycle last year we experienced a power outage where I now had an extremely hot oven with no ventilation. The outage was long enough that our countertop became hot to the touch and when power finally did restore, the lcd screen was mostly black, with only partial screen display at the top, as if the screen itself was damaged. Fortunately, after venting and cooling, the screen returned to normal. That said, there should be an emergency feature that allows you to manually unlock the oven to vent. This is a fire risk that should be addressed immediately. The alternative is GE could design electromagnetic locks that engage with power but release in a power outage. Other ovens may have this design flaw and it’s a fluke chance you are performing a self-oven clean and experience a power outage but due to the safety risk, it should be addressed.

Just got the oven installed and have not used it yet, but and excited to use the features it has.
