hard to crank
Fabric has frey areas. Tilt is suttle. Crank open to tilt is extremely hard. Tilt action relying on a tiny rope and small knot in rope to cause the tilt. Poles are very lightweight. Fabric is thin. Taking it back to the store

Love this umbrella! I also love the auto tilt....
Love this umbrella! I also love the auto tilt. I'm petite and could never reach the top of the umbrella I perviously owned in order to use thet tilt mechanism. I also love the nylon instead of canvas. Best bang for the buck.

Attractive but not well made.
The unbrella is attractive and the material appears to be durable. However, the aluminum frame is cheaply made and bent in the first wind gust. The crank shaft performs satisfactorily, but the frame must be repaired before it can be opened again and I’ve only had it 2 months.
