does not work right out of the box
the blower trips out and stops working after 10min and does not come back on unless you reset it over and over. very dissatisfied

Looks great, unfortunately the mechanism that generates the flame movement...
Looks great, unfortunately the mechanism that generates the flame movement generates a considerable amount of noise (think playing card in bicycle spokes) after it has been running for a few minutes. It beeps loudly for any adjustment to the controls, which is pretty annoying if you're trying to make late night adjustments. Installation instructions also leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this and looking for another model.

It was easy installing. Many more options than described. Only grip I have is motor noise. Which other people have mentioned it kind of interfers with ambiance. When trying to enjoy with quite. But you don't notice when tv is on.

This more than meets my expectations. Easy to install. Heats room nicely. We built an fireplace around it and its just like having the real thing but with out having to take out the ashes or tote wood. Would recommend this product. Very happy with purchase.

Nice but noisy
After holding off for several years I finally purchased wall heater. Stayed in a hotel in Arizona that had one in my room and loved it. I was trying to get same cozy warm feeling of a fireplace and it is very nice but the noise from the screen motor is way louder than I care to hear. You don’t hear it as much when heater is on which is nice. However, I’m in south Texas so the heater will be used maybe 2.5 months out of the year. So not sure I’m keeping it. Noise vs rest.
