most of th reviews say this is a light jacket. I did read all of them, and with that, this is a great jacket by it self with the added perk of layering. I would recomend this jacket

I’m a bigger guy. It feels good to wear. I don’t completely love how it looks but I think that has more to do with my size. I don’t like how it looks zippered up, but it feels really nice on.

Great jacket over all. Mid-light weight. Small is slightly snug around my 31 waist/hips but manageable. Love the adjustable cuffs. Pen pocket super helpful at work.

Absolutely perfect! Worn comfortably in a wide range of temperatures. Material resistant to elements, pocket placement and size could not be better. Zipper is of superb quality. My go-to outerwear.

Good, mid weight jacket. Haven't had it in the rain, yet. Fits like I expected and is comfortable.

Good jacket fits large. I am 6’0 195. Arm length is good. Back length is good. Shoulder room is good. But it’s huge around torso. Lots of room for extra layers I guess.

The size is too big,, exchange process makes no sense.

By far my favorite jacket. It is well built from a design perspective, from the pockets down to the hood. It’s functional and still somewhat stylish; it looks cut to fit. The hood is what I am most happy with; it fits close to the head and the Sherpa lining actually keeps you warm even if you aren’t wearing a hat. This really makes a difference, the tight fit means you don’t catch wind and you actually maintain warmth. It seals well too; the hood and waist both have draw strings and the sleeves seal as well. Money well spent.

Fits great and keeps you comfortable, it's not as heavy as I thought it would be which makes it even better! Can't wrong with this jacket!

My husband loves this jacket. We bought it for a replacement for an UA jacket that got torn, and he says it's super comfortable and warm. It's not the warmest jacket he's ever worn, but once he is outside working or moving around, he heats up nicely. It's a great color and size. We got a L Tall and he's roughly 6'1", 190 lbs.

Best jacket money can buy, very pleased with my purchase.

Was looking for a Crowley jacket with a hood but couldn’t find one anywhere in my size so I went with this on Carhartt’s website. Glad I did! No buyers remorse here!

Worls great. Perfect size for me. big enough I can fit a sweatshirt underneath but too loose when worn by itself.

Looks and wears great. Surprisingly effective at blocking wind and rain. HUGE hood ... unusable without a cap , but that’s a small nit.

Keeps the water and wind out. It runs big enough to put a sweater underneath, but not so big that it looks bad

Great jacket! Very much like the Hooded Crowley jacket. I loved that jacket, but unfortunately it was stolen out of my truck. I’ve been waiting to replace it, and when I stopped at the Indianapolis store, the clerk recommended that I try the Rough Cut. I ended up ordering the 2XLT online and it is exactly as I wanted!
