I ended up using Loc-Tight brand it was thicker and held onto plaster ceiling better. It was like cookie dough thick.
This Ceilume product was like pudding thick.

If you decide to use this glue on your vinyl...
If you decide to use this glue on your vinyl tiles remember to slightly mist the glue with a spray bottle. It will help the healing time and add to the stickiness of the glue. It will also reduce your project time.

We're sorry to hear you experienced trouble with the Ceilume Ceiling Tile adhesive. The most common causes of lack of adhesion are using too much adhesive or not enough adhesive. We've included a Clean Cut tool that cuts the tip to provide the correct amount of adhesive for ceiling tile application. If you've used the Clean Cut tool and still had issues, please give us a call at 888-533-1995 so we can figure out what is happening in your installation.

Have not used this order as of this date... I had to order the Panels from another supplier as the order placed via HD placed on 7 Jan was still in processing.. Found a dealer online and within 5 days the order was shipped and is due today.. Otherwise great...

I am sure it is a fine product, but I bought it to put up foam ceiling tiles, and it doesn't work...
I am sure it is a fine product, but I bought it to put up foam ceiling tiles, and it doesn't work for them. I had to return the adhesive. I would not recommend this for foam tiles.
