Decent Ledgeback Faucet
Decent choice if you need a ledgeback faucet for a small sink. The body of the faucet is excellent quality but the handles feel cheap (very lightweight). Installation can be a pain since it requires a lot of adjustments to get the knob valves and water spout seated properly against the sink wall. This is an adequate choice considering the limited availability of this type of faucet.

excellent quality faucet
It's not often that I buy a product these days and find myself impressed with the quality...but I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality and finish on this faucet set. All fittings and threads are perfect. Note that the T fitting needs to be cut down 3/8" per side if you want 4" on center installation. Mine was 6", so no problem.
Highly recommended if you have an old style sink where the faucet needs to be installed on the face.

Quality Product that fits old Kohler 5.5" Deck Back Sinks
My father's apartment, built in 1939, still has the original Kohler enameled cast iron deck back style sink and the building super was unable to fix the leaky faucet. Not wanting to replace the entire sink as recommended I first contacted Kohler for replacement parts but they were completely useless and inept. So inept that I refused to by a replacement faucet from Kohler which they do sell for the tune of $300. After a little research I found this adjustable model and one other that did not look as nice. Took a chance on this and could not be more pleased. The quality is great and the installation was simple enough. Since it is adjustable it does take some work to make it perfectly symmetrical and straight, but I am rather particular about things being as good as possible (have seen plenty of these installed somewhat crooked which is far from tragic). Also saw comments about how it does not adjust down to 4" on center left by someone else who obviously did not read the direction... making it that small requires cutting the center T down on both sides as stated in the manual. I did have trouble connecting the old 1939 sink's pop-up to the lever on this unit so had to fabricate a small adapter bracket. There is no way I could replace the pop-up in this old sink as is it unusual so I had to go the extra mile to fabricate the part. This faucet has a 5 year residential warranty and the valves appear to be readily available should you ever need to replace them. Hope this helps.

Great product
Have used other Central Brass products before and always happy with them. This faucet was another good example. It installed easily and works well. I expect the same long service as the other products.

Fits 1960's vertical mount bathroom sink.
Good little adjustable replacement faucet. Took a few tries but got it in. Thank god for teflon tape. Only issue was the drain open/close mechanism. Not enough room for it to move. Other than that, this is a high quality product thats not too difficult to install.

good basic faucet
There are limited models that work with my old sink, so I was relieved to find this affordable one that was delivered to the house. I paid a plumber to install it, so the installation ease was not applicable for me.

ez instal adjustable 4 to 6 centers well made
I was replacing a faucet made in 1959 6in. centers. This central brass unit went right in works great. The hot water side has left hand threads so both handles are designed to open by rotating from the outside up close rotating down. A special bonus for me is if you call central brass your call is answered by a real person that actualy knowes their products.

Easy to install no quality control
I will start by saying that I am a carpenter who hates plumbing. If I can't cut it, nail it or fasten it with a screw I don't like it. After I procrastinated forever about installing this faucet I opened the box, read the directions, followed teh diagram and installed the unit. Piece of cake, it all went together well and was an easy learn for a hammer and nail guy. When I powered up the water supply the cold side works fine but the hot side will not turn off. It has a constant stream and I have taken it apart and changed the washer too. Don't know what to do with it excpet ship it back and find a similar unit from another supplier.

Good Quality
I would recomend this product to anyone in need of a replacement faucet for a shelf back sink. It is adjustable anywhere between 4 and 6 inches. There are no plastic parts and it seems to be old school sturdy. Installation is a breeze if you go to the companys website and download the parts list, which is also a nice bonus.
