The exterior of the box stated that the remote was compatible with my Liftmaster opener, but the instructions on the inside didn’t make the same claim, so I returned it.

Chamberlain garage door remote
Bought this yesterday based on the reviews posted. Tried to program it this morning and it wasn’t working. Frustrating! I went back to re-read the reviews and discovered I had to keep pressing the button on the remote and releasing when the led stopped flashing - all while my Learn button light was still on! It took several attempts but finally the lightbulb came on on my garage opener and the remote now works perfectly!
