Just as quiet as the Yamaha and maybe slightly better than the Honda (IMO). Got this for my hunting trailer, but ended up using it after Hurricane Michael for 5 straight days. By far the best bang for the buck, starts better than all others, is the lightest in weight, panel has the best layout, I like that it has no key to get misplaced (why do the others have a key anyway), the dual fuel option will be a nice backup if I ever run out of gas (I always have propane sitting around), not sure what the battery switch is for but being lighted does alert you that the battery is potentially being drained when the generator is not running. As far as negatives, it's hard to come up with any, but if I had to I would say the gas tank could be bigger, and there is no gas gauge (although the others are marginally useful at best. I solved the tank size problem by adding an auxiliary system that add 6 gallons of extra capacity. Even if cost was not a consideration, this would be my pick over even the Honda and Yamaha. We'll see how it holds up in the long term.
