But, the handle doesn't fold flat when not in use, and I'm worried over the long term if the handle will hit the plastic oil fill cap if the rubber stop wears out. Time will tell.

The best thing I done was invest in a wheel kit for my generator. So easy to move and no back pain and not heavy and it is worth every penny, didn't get to use them yet but I am ready when I need it. I love my champion generator and wheel kit and I also have a champion log splitter and I have no complaints

Giving a four rating because there is no three-and-one-half. This rating may be too low because my generator is about 10 years old and the kit might not have been designed for it. There were no wheel attachment parts so I had to drill holes in the frame bottom for the wheel bolts. The worst part of this kit is the bolt-on handle; there were actually two different handles. I used the bolt-on. I am going to have to figure out a way to keep the handle from slipping on the frame after being installed. They could have done better. When I pick up the front of the machine with the handle, the handle slips around the frame. There is a flat area on the frame, but the handle will not stay in place. Guess I’ll have to put a bolt through the frame to keep the handle from slipping. Also had to use different legs on the non-wheel side to keep the engine level.

This was very easy to install and really makes it easy to move the generator around. The handle folds down and cover fit over very nicely.

Made simple use of a bulky item. Solid rubber wheels are a good touch I thought the handle might have been a little on the weak side but it does a job . Mainly got it for my wife to use when I'm not home in case the power goes out and she can use it with ease

Installed this on generator. Make life so much easier. So easy to put together. Another great champion product.

Having wheels and a handle is a must for moving a 120 pound generator. this makes it real easy for 1 person to get it out of the shed and connect the LPG tank to the unit, start it and connect the extension cord. The only problem is the instructions were not vet clear on how to attach the handle and wheels. I had no problem with the wheels but the handle was trial and error. Wish the wheels were bigger as you really can't get up and down and stairs. That's the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5.

Easy to instal it is much better than the picture online the tires are heavy duty type they are wider than expected and can't go flat. Shipping was very fast. TY..:)

It's a must for the generator I have, as it's too heavy to move around by lifting. I thought it was going to be easy peezy based on how easy the wheels went on, but it got to be more of a pain when installing the other support. You have to remove the rubber foot that is already on the generator, but you only have a small space to do it since the motor mount is in the way. I was eventually able to find a wrench to get into the small space, but it took more time than it should have to remove the existing foot. The only other complaint would be that it wasn't real clear on where the handle should mount. I accidentally mounted it the wrong way before catching my mistake. I'm still not 100% sure it's in the right place, but it works well and folds down nicely regardless. Now that it's installed (in about an hour after looking for the right tools instead of 15 minutes it could have taken), it works really well and makes the generator easy to move. I took off one star due to the installation problems I mentioned, but I would highly recommend getting this kit if you haven't already. It's not hard to install, it's just you need the right tools and the directions could've been a little clearer.

I got this after my daughter bought a generator from tractor supply. The generator is good and was supposed to be the right kind for this kit but I had to use a different bracket to get the handle on. And still not sure what the other handle is for. Still the wheels work and after I finally got everything on it works fine even though it was missing parts I got it to work with what I had

I purchased a model 40065 wheel kit to install on my model 100401 generator. Things went smoothly until time for the handles. Got the first on installed, but the second one said I needed an R clip. There wasn't one! After trying to figure it out, I called the phone number included. Waited for about ½ hour & a lady answered. Come to find out, it only used ONE handle. The second one is for another model.

This makes it ver easy to move the generator around. Well thought out design. I didn't have any problems putting it together. Took about fifteen minutes. I am not quite sure though it is not included with the generator.

Great product! Easy to follow instructions produce perfect results. One note, this wheel kit was probably designed for an earlier generation of Champion Inverter Generator. This updated wheel kit has two studs welded to the support feet bar, but the kits includes bolts no longer needed for this purpose. Also, as I recall, the instructions don't include this change, but was not a big deal. Easy to figure out the change. Would recommend this kit. Oh, it comes with 2 handles, one of which you will not need depending on type of installation. The not used handle can be recycled/tossed.

Great engineering took less than 5 minutes to install. Balanced very well takes little effort to lift and move the generator considering it weighs over a hundred pounds. Very happy with purchase

The wheels are plastic and way overpriced, but they seem to work so far.

This kit was easy to pot on and am very happy with it makes it so easy to move my generator

The wheel kit is missing the R-Clip for the installation of handle 2. However, we don't need to install handle 2 on our generator. We would be very upset if we did need to install handle 2. Other than the missing R-Clip the wheel kit does it's job. We can now wheel around the generator with much less effort.

all worked good except the front stand. the holes didn't line up and when I contacted the mfg. they first said they would send the right one then changed there tune and said they could do nothing so I had to customize it myself
