Looks great once installed. The snap Track feature was absolutely useless. Had to drill holes in the reducer and nail it in place. Ended up great, but did not install as advertised.

A little hard to get started in the channel but went together easily after that.

It worked just fine.

This item really does not work between uneven surfaces. The adhesive strip must be flush with the lower floor surface (does not swivel) so the item sits more horizontally than inclined. There is a little wiggle room, and if you use rolled duct tape inside, you can make this work for a slight incline.

I was a first timer with this product. Easy to cut to fit and install. Love how it turned out!

It met my expectations and I am happy the directions for installation were concise and simplified.

I am thinking of returning this product. There are other M-D products (but not presently at HD in store or online) that are designed for a larger (up to 1/2") gap--so I eventually found another reducer elsewhere. Bring your measuring tape: not all M-D products labelled 36" are true to that length. The HD store where I shop has an uncharacteristically messy display of their M-D threshold strips.
