The product was delivered without hardware - no door hinges, no door pullers, no bolts, no screws, etc. All the components are resting on my living room floor with no help from Home Depot almost 2 months later. They knew that the hardware was on backorder so why did they sell it to us?

Took a while to put together and we had to order a part. Very nice looking and it really heats up the room. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to assemble but the fireplace doesn’t heat the room as good as I thought

Was exactly what I wanted.

I put this together yesterday, after ordering it for my new house a few weeks ago. I like the appearance, it's bright white and the lines are nice. I have a large TV on a stand, and it is balanced nicely on this. It was mostly easy to assemble, though time consuming. There were a few issues: there were no instructions included in the box, I used the pdf from Home Depot's website off of my laptop. For the thin back screens, only the small middle section has holes for the screws to go into on the unit, you have to guess on the two larger side pieces. For this I used a power drill, as trying to "cold screw" into wood with no pre-drilled holes is not easy. Because of this it also becomes difficult to line up the back side pieces correctly. The holes for the hinges on one door were not correct, as they didn't line up. We had to drill new holes, which worked, however, now that door doesn't fit as well as the other one, there is a gap on the side. I'd like to see if I can get it replaced. There are also no pre-drilled holes for the two metal tabs that hold in the insert; I had to drill these myself as well (there seemed to be a lot of do-it-yourself with this item). The instructions for assembling the inside of the fireplace are non-existent; it's pretty much guesswork, though easy. We finally figured out there are two options to it, either the fake wood or the glass beads on the tray (they don't go together). I went with the glass beads, I might switch to the logs in the winter. I turned the unit on, both the light and blower, and it heats up pretty well.

This product is very cheaply made not worth it at all.

Excellent quality. It took four hours to assemble alone. Everything lined up and fit snugly without any hassle. The instructions were clear and each bag of parts and the furniture pieces were clearly marked. However,the fireplace is small and low, the light is dim and the flames flicker quickly

Easy to put together. It looks great in the sitting area of our bedroom.

All in all really good buy for the price. My only issues were one of the bottom screw in peg stripped which was an easy fix. Also we bought a humidifier since the space gets really dry once heat is turned on for a while.
