[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered olive green as a gift for my son for Christmas. He used it right away and I was able to watch how easily it loads, how much it holds and the great features it has. Very clever valve to add extra cushioning and insulation. The top closure for the bag, rolling the flaps downward and then clipping the strap to close it, makes for a very neatly finished edge and made the bag easy to carry. The bag is very well insulated and kept the contents cold for well over 24 hours. One additional comment, the bag is very well constructed and looks like it will last for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's good. I'm used to Yeti-like ice maintenance, and this doesn't have that (Note: they don't promise that). But it does keep drinks cold, it is light, and with the strap it is easy to carry. I'm glad to have it as an alternative cooler for golf, a hike, the beach, etc.

I bought this for my sons baseball tournaments. I regretted doing so by the end of the day. Opening and closing as much as I needed to was cumbersome. I got to where I debated whether I needed the water or not. Making sure I rolled it properly was frustrating by the end of the day. It did not keep ice. I had water by the end of the day. It was cold water though. I think this is better served for a day at the beach but not the ball field. It did hold ice when I put a yeti pack in it. The cooler itself is beautiful and easy to carry(which is why I bought it). I got the mint color. So pretty. I will not be purchasing another. A magnetic closer would be a great idea and then roll it from there. There was just no leaving it accessible without the risk of losing ice.

Haven’t used it yet. It can’t wait til summer! This will keep our beverages close while in the water, agiftfor my future daughter-in-law law and son.

I wasn't sure this cooler was going to be sturdy enough to handle regular use. When I arrived, I was impressed with the sturdiness and what seems to be a quality built product. I've quickly become convinced that this was a good purchase as it's holding up nicely with my daily use. I have multiple yeti coolers and they are all on the bench while this easy to use & convenient bag has become my first choice. It's so easy to fill, access and carry that it makes "packing a cooler" a quick and painless task. The first night I tested the ice and 24 hours later it still held ice. So far so good Ice Mule! I will be buying more in the future.

I had one of the originals and it Finally gave up the ghost. I tried a different brand soft cooler. Was nothing to compare to the ICEMULE! I ordered my 20L ICEMULE seven day before we left for a week in Key West, hoping it would be delivered and the day before it arrived!!! COLD DRINKS in the hot sun of Florida !

We had used a friends Icemule at a tailgate and were really impressed with how long the ice stayed in tact! It caused us to buy one for ourselves and each of our kids for Christmas.

The 20L is a great cooler for a day out on the boat with 2 people. I also have the Pro XL for when the family comes along. Got about 5 years of heavy use on my previous Classic 20L before replacing it. Love how easy they are to store away.

This was a replacement for another ice mule. They quickly replaced it once the picture of the issue was viewed. Very impressed with the service and the products. Would highly recommend.

As a mechanical contractor working on different job sites from my truck, this does a great job keeping my food and water cold all day. I use one icepack and keep the bag on the passenger side floor. Fits an insulated gallon jug, plus lunch and snacks. Perfect for me! The sling is also very nice.

We bought ours while hiking and boating on vacation on 90 degree (F) days. The cooler itself is very light, which allows us to take enough cold water for two people a full day away from supplies. And the last ones are still cool enough to be refreshing. The strap makes it comfortable and hands-free to carry. Also, since it’s full of air it floats if accidentally dropped overboard while boating. It’s a good product with good customer service.

Perfect! Just used this on a beach trip! Most comfortable cooler to carry, roomy and kept my beer ice cold! Wish I had of bought one sooner! I have an RTIC however it is too heavy for me to carry loaded! I am a 59 year old female just the perfect cooler for me! I highly recommend trying this cooler! I used ice packs and ice!!

Ice melts very quick. For what it costs it should last more than a few hours

I was excited when I read the reviews about it keeping everything cold for 24 hours. Maybe mine is defective because it definitely doesn’t keep things cold for 24 hours. Average cooler at best, not really worth the money

I love my new Ice Mules! I bought the classic large and the classic medium and have already used them at the beach. They are so functional and kept our beverages cold! And the coolers are much easier to carry than our heavy, bulky traditional hard sided coolers.

This product met every expectation I have in a back pack cooler. Lightweight and storage size is plentiful!
