We got three of these to remodel our guest shower space. Still under construction but they look good so far. Our contractor likes them, and now plans to use them in his house as well. We ordered online so no customer support. Not available in our local store.

Great 1930's Bathroom Window Replacement
Our 1935 build home had the classic wooden window over the tub. This is a great replacement window for when the space is converted to a shower-tub combo. I was on the fence on the style, because these were so popular in the 80's but vinyl windows look so cheap I think this is the better choice. It's great how many sizes this window comes in, ours was a perfect fit. Pickup at the store was awful (took almost an hour for no reason) but otherwise recommend.

    Good Window for the Price
Good window, but one of the seams was loose when it arrived. Now that it is mortared in it wont go anywhere and the seam was filled, but more frustrating than anything else hence the docked star.

I like that these now these windows have silicon between the panes so they are less likely to crack like my old cement glass block windows did.

My UPS man was in awe that this was available in a window. Mine was 70 lbs., after 4 days it was time for the install. Mid-top was not siliconed on one side and it tiled, and I freaked a bit. luckily I had clear silicone on hand and it went in great. My suggestion: Use nails to support, the wedges are kinda hard to remove. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

      PERFECT!
Were remodeling our bathroom and hemmed and hawed as to whether we were gonna replace the window in the shower. Decided to go for it. Had a panick thinking it was two inches too big for our opening and thought we had to exchange it but once the installer got here we quickly realized it was actually the perfect size once he removed the old window frame. Were not done yet but its transformed the space. So so so happy i went with my gut and ordered this window. Even if it did delay our bathroom completion almost two weeks

This pre-fab glass block window is the perfect solution to remodel a walk-in shower with an old double-hung wood sash window above an old cast iron tub. This window size was close to the old window rough opening size. After tear out, I used PVC trim lumber (water proof) to frame in the finished opening to the window size plus 1/2-inch allowance (1/4 -inch all around the window perimeter). At 160 pounds (about the same as a 15.5-gallon keg of beer) it’s heavy, but I used 2-inch wide strap around the window and a wind-up hoist to lift it into position (with a little help from grandma). I think using a pre-fab glass block unit is much better than attempting to build a similar unit one block at a time, and probably costs less overall, plus you get perfect grout lines guaranteed.

Best addition to my basement window well
My wife and I have a 1940's house in old town Kennewick that have the original windows in the basement. We remodeled the master bedroom and I installed these glass block window. It not only made a great looking window with a a nice R factor, it let in outside light with keeping the private factor. I have 3 more windows to do and I will be ordering them. This work was done this month.

The size is wrong. They do look nice
The true size of these windows are 31 x 13.5 x 3.1/8 not 32 x 14 x 3. Block depth not an issue but the rest is a problem. The video makes it look so easy, not so. But I am not installing them conventionally I have set them up on end so they are 13.5 x 31 x 3 1/8. (it's my kitchen window where the framing was not done by a pro and it is a picture window with 2 small side windows. The side windows are on hinges and work like shutters, they swing out. So instead of taking out a second mortgage to do the windows I decided that the glass block is nicer than what I got estimates for. And it is. When you lay the initial mortar on the bottom you need to let that set up a bit because when you place the window in it all oozes out. You need to have your shims in place prior to placing the window in, check for level and adjust your shims. You need shims all the way around when doing it the way I am: bottom, sides and top. I really wish I could have dry fitted before the helpers showed up but they are about 35 lbs, too much for me to lift. You need two people to do this, one inside and one outside. Probably a third to mix more mortar and hand over tools as needed. We spent too much time on the first window to be able to get the second one in. Hurricane is coming quickly. So next weekend we will be back at it. I am also doing the same in the living room, again same window framer. They will be bigger windows, I will call the company directly for exact measurements before I order. The picture is rough, but they will look great once the shims are out and the window frame is finished and painted.

one out of three windows wasn't properly assembled
These windows are solid, but be prepared, there seems to be little oversight at the factory. One of the three 32.75 x 23.25 windows I got came apart at one of the seams as I took it out of the box b.c. it wasn't properly siliconed together. I was able to install it and the mortar held the whole window in place but a little quality control would go a long way. Also the boxes they send them in are flimsy and fall apart in transit. Check your windows before accepting delivery.

I was not notified about delivery and was out of town. Came home and found they had just dumped the window in the middle of my drive way 30 feet from garage.
