Technical writing is not the best, but once you figure it out, it’s not difficult to assemble. I actually think it looks expensive and semi custom. If you’ve ever put together furniture or appliances, you’ll be able to do this.

Well-built and flexible closet organizer
I purchased the Ultimate 60 - 96 in. Wood Closet System and the 30 in. Corner Wood Closet System in Expresso and combined them both to make an “L” shaped organizer in my son’s closet. The materials for the 2 units came in a total of 8 packages over a period of 9 days. I have to say that the packaging was some of the best I’ve ever seen and not a single thing was damaged. Cudo’s to STOW on that point. It took me probably 8 hours over a couple of days to assemble and hang the closet but part of that was due to the fact that I was cutting down the corner unit to fit in a 24” by 30” space, had to assemble/glue the 4 drawers (which came out great) and custom cut 2 sets of shelves/rods to fit my exact dimensions. I also integrated the corner unit in-between components of the 96” closet system which required a little more time. The hanging track keeps the whole system off the floor and with the shelves/rods installed, the unit is rock solid and looks great. I’d actually deduct ½ of a star if possible due to some confusion on the number of packages coming and the fact that they came over a period of 9 days but overall, I’d highly recommend this system.

Poor Customer Service and follow up.
After a frustrating afternoon of being passed from Home Depot Customer service to what I believe is the product manufactures customer care line (which is an answer machine that is full and not accepting messages).
I am trying the corner unit with 6 shelves shown in the Home Depot website/pictures/description of the product.
The product received has 3 shelves and the instruction manual show three shelves in the 'Parts Included'.
Please be aware that what you receive is different from what is described on the Home Depot website.
