Love the system...have used the expresso color before. Decided to change it up with what I thought would be a grey looking wood. The grey is several colors of light to dark grey...looks like stripes. I would have returned the systems but way too many boxes and way too heavy. Product is 5 star...color way too busy for my taste.

Not as sturdy as it appears.

Not at all pleased! We sent it all back due to off gassing formaldehyde, etc

Once things got moving it was easy to install.

I love my closet! Well built, easy to assemble, and very nice looking!

Beautiful closet system and very easy to put together.

Directions are not easy to understand but we luckily found a YouTube video that’s implied the process. We ordered several systems and it was missing pieces or had pieces snapped in half upon arrival. I called the Stow Company customer service number probably six times to get the right stuff to us.

Good quality, super easy to install

I had to add my own crossbars to keep the entire closet from falling in case I hit it from the bottom.

Just what I needed for my new closet. Provides lots of storage space in a small area. Installer had it ready to go in about 2 hours.

The description of this product did not say you would need a circular saw and and a metal pipe cutter. It said easy assembly tools included

Great system! Really helped to transition our loft into great dressing room! Delivery was longer than I wanted, but understandable during COVID19

Very poor packaging and quality, I returned it.

There were several pieces that the corners were broken one of them pretty bad. We were able to set it up so that we could hide those parts the best we could. But overall the end product worked very well.

Just what we were looking for to organize kids closets. Easy to hang. Easy to cut down to fit our closet dimensions since we have the correct tools.

Perfect for walk-in closet. Would have given 5 stars, but slight damage to one corner of the unit (damage not noticeable with clothes hanging)
