Several broken or missing pieces. Reached out to Home Depot. They filed an issue with the company. Still have not heard from the company for replacement parts.

The closet units we purchased were very nice. Our own complaint is the directions were a little vague, but once we got started it became easier. For someone who has no experience in DIY it would have been frustrating. Otherwise. We are very happy with the units.

Hard to believe it comes in a box (5 actually)
Arrived via UPS in 5 boxes undamaged. Instructions? Well, these are not great as they pertain to about 5 different setups, so keep a picture handy or use the ones online. Drawers - not hard to assemble but definitely scan the QR code for instructions on how to build and at what level to place the drawer slides. The drawer slides and pulls are of high quality and I was actually surprised at how well the drawers worked once placed inside the shelf unit. Would buy again.

Assembly instructions are terrible and weight
If you are an average DIY'er this is not the product for you. The assembly instructions are difficult to follow. At times they can be confusing. We got no instructions for the drawers. And it is heavy so getting it up on the mounting bar was not fun. I would not buy this companies products again.

Hello, drawer instructions can be found on the drawer template by scanning the QR code, we do not recommend fully assembling the system on the floor due to the weight, only two shelves should be screwed in, then it to be lifted up onto the rail to finish the installation. For as big as it is and all the heavy boxes it came in, it was very easy to assemble and manageable for me to lift. Looks good and has all the utilitarian features we needed.

Nice Product but veneer damaged on most drawers
One of the drawers arrived damaged to the point of waiting on a return. Two other drawers had the veneer near the back side cracked and coming off which I wound up taping. I do like the product but the company needs better quality control of the product and clearer directions for the novice.

Horrible Quality
Your typical, what I call, “IKEA BS.” The pre-drilled holes in 2 of the 3 units were not aligned properly, causing the drawers to not sit flush in the shelves. So disappointing, as we ordered 3 of these, including two other products as well for our closet renovation. Buyer beware!! Such a pain, as we were really struggling trying to figure out how to make up for the drawers not sitting properly. This company produces such a cheap quality product at a higher cost.

Hi, These units are designed to line up given the provided steel track is installed evenly and level. If that part is slightly off, the entire unit may be unaligned. Like it very much for storage. Would have liked at least one more drawer.
It is sturdy once together. Instructions are confusing and not easy to follow. There was no damage and service was great.

I ASSEMBLED THREE OF THESE 25 INCH CLOSET TOWERS TO HANG IN A HALLWAY FOR STORAGE SPACE... THE FINISHED ASSEMBLY LOOKS GREAT... INSTRUCTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW AND STRAIGHT FORWARD... HOME DEPOT SELLS THESE UNITS WITHOUT THE 36 INCH CLOSET DOORS FOR THE UPPER HALF OF THE UNIT... BUT THESE CAN BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE MANUFCTURER OR OTHER DISTRIBUTORS ON THEIR WEBSITE... COMPLETELY SATISFIED.... LOOKS LIKE IT WAS INSTALLED BY A FINISH CARPENTER...

This is cheaply made
I had a professional trim carpenter install this. He was so frustrated with the assembly of it, he almost didn't finish it. In the picture above, you don't see that the holes for the pegs go all the way through the sides - which makes it look really cheap. My builder purchased some extra "L" hooks to help stabilize it. This is cheaply made and I would not purchase again.

Hello, we are sorry to hear there was some trouble understanding the assembly guide during install and. There needs to be a proper number of shelves screwed to hold the system together plus the steel rail it hangs from with the additional support installed underneath. These systems are modular, meaning you can rearrange, add, or remove additional items, hence the holes to allow for this so customer did not have to drill their own holes. very good
This product is great but, as others have mentioned, the instructions are awful. Because each manual can be several different things, the instructions are very vague. We had to guess often, back track a few times and take pictures of the manual to zoom in on tiny diagrams. The good news is, there’s plenty of flexibility in setup if you are willing to play fast and loose.
