Went together relatively easily. All the parts needed and then some. Love the easy track hanging solution - don't have to worry about the carpet or baseboard.

Instructions were pretty confusing to put system together.My advice,open ALL the boxes first,each box has own instructions,and one box has the overall Instructions. Make sure you have the tools needed.2 of the 72 inch boards came broke upon shipping,Home depot gave us a credit and the closet company sent 2 new boards within 2 days.After system was hung and complete it looked great and seems sturdy.

We renovated our master bath. We got quotes from custom closet companies but they seemed a lot for mdf. We saved a ton doing it ourselves and it looks great. You definitely need to be handy with good tools but I love how it turned out.

Good instructions, well made. I was able to rearrange the sections during planning/setup to best meet the needs of my space.

I finally have had the time to open and install my closet system but it’s missing the main piece. The rail!

Terrible quality, nightmare to install.

1) Came in 9 boxes. No known sequence to unpack. Some of the packaging was flimsy. No damage though2) Step one said mark vertical panels but doesn't even tell you how to measure where to mark. What a joke3) Manual, although supposedly updated, has count of the material and hardware wrong4) After spending hours moving unpacking and reading all the Manual steps found that the closet is not adjustable and you have to cut it( not just the metal rail but wood too). Also many other steps are incomplete and confusing5)It costs more than a thousand bucks and you can't include a hack saw with it?Gave two stars because when I spoke to customer service, they were helpful, ordered incorrect parts and tried to clarify confusion.I returned the closet. Since I came aware that things need to be cut, it doesn't make sense for the area anymore anyway. The need of cutting should be explicitly and clearly added to the listing

One of the nine boxes sent was incorrect, so we were missing a bunch of pieces. Additionally, the inventory listed on the instructions didn’t match the images of the inventory listed on the same instructions which didn’t match the actual inventory given. Huge headache to sort that out but Stow customer service was quick and sent us the missing pieces. Instructions definitely were the worst part of it and need to be revised for sure. Closet itself is perfect for us. Very happy with the actual product.

Great product and looks amazing in my parents closet. I had fun building it too.

Finally got to install our closet system this weekend. Found cracks & dings in the finish of numerous pieces. The 3 drawers are poorly made, and the large drawer came in the wrong finish. I am very disappointed in the quality of this system, and would not recommend purchasing it.

We love it!! We did have to eliminate long hanging area due to shorter wall, but everything went smoothly!

They dont give much for instruction on the layout you ordered. Don’t send you enough rail for mounting if you want to use studs.

I bought two of these and my closet looks amazing. Easy to install, about 8 hours. It was easy to customize to fit my closet and we were able to add what we wanted (added a shoe rack) due to the way it is constructed. All the pieces can be interchanged as needed. I went with the gray and it is beautiful!

1. No lining over the products and lots of chips on the side - painting over it is ok than the hassle of returning but it shouldn't. 2.not easy to install for a single person. Bought 2 corner shelf kits- instructions not clear. Customer service for Stow company sucks! will return the products!

As previous reviewers have indicated, the instruction do leave a bit to be desired. My only advice would be to take your time with the installation. Go for it! The finished result is wonderful and at a fraction of the cost of a custom installation.

My husband who has never installed anything was able to install it with no problem.

The first order, they shipped mixed color shelves. The second order missed one box. With some phone calls to arrange old order pick up and shipping new order, The closet looks great right now.

Product isn't up yet, but I certainly hope that it is better than the delivery. You have to be home to accept delivery. Delivery was changed 4 times, very last minute. And, you are not given a time - so stay home all day for a week and hopefully you get your closet. 1 Star for Estes Delivery, I hope a 5 star for the product, I'll revise what it gets installed!
