I purchased this and the walnut color is one beautiful color! The only problem is, store most likely does not have them so you'll need to order online to ship it home or to store for free shipping charge. As you can see in the picture, it is GREAT! Sturdy and very upscale look alike pieces. However, there was only one problem, because I have shoe molding the front rises up and leaves spaces when I drill in the screw from all the way on the top of the shelves to keep it sturdy.

The drawers helped complete a impressive closet design & usability is extremely functional. Glides are smooth and durable. Just complete the assembly exactly as written instructions say. We did however have the opportunity to save our backs by installing the tower glides with unit elevated on a table.

This is sold as a 16" drawer, however the pictures don't make it clear that there is a wide trim strip which runs along the vertical edges of the 16" narrow closet kit that this is designed to fit in. As a result, the actual door is much narrower, in fact the drawer is only 11" wide from inside edge to inside edge (i.e. the actual usable space). A solid 2" is lost in each side due to the overlap of the front panel and the trim strips on the matching closet kit, which aren't necessary. While the finish looks nice, I was very displeased when I saw how small the drawers actually were, in fact at first I thought the wrong drawers had been sent in my order. But there are spacers to move the mounting rails in from the sides of the matching closet kit, and between the front panel overhang and the 1"+ wide trim strips along the sides it does fit. We bought a similar ClosetMaid system for my wife's closet several years ago, and it did not have the trim strip so the actual drawers were much wider and had more actual storage space. I was already starting with a small closet to begin with, so losing any extra ~3" of storage space per drawer is especially troublesome. I may just remove the drawers and use shelves instead to recover the space, except I already spent $131 on three drawers.

They worked great and were easy to assemble and install. In fact, my teenage son was able to do two of the drawers himself. Great product.

Handyman said instructions could be better. I am pleased with the appearance - looks expensive and classy. Will do the other closet next

Looks terrible in the 25 inch tower. Large gaps I had to create trim to hide gaps

Unit was a perfect size match to the existing system. Only problem was not the exact color match. Much much lighter.

These drawers are great and big. I like the quality and easy to assemble.

I thought it was more than just a drawer and I am extremely disappointed

came with broken part. Hard to assemble. Home depot did not offer assembly. Very disappointed.

Easy to assemble. Drawer is a little stiff but should loosen up over time.

The only problem was that our shipment was missing two of the drawers. Closet maid said we had to return all the other pieces to get them replaced. We got the manager involved to fix it but it delayed completion of the project.

This is very confusing and still is, even after reading the questions and answers. I bought a 'hutch style' closet kit and expected to put two drawers in the bottom portion, just like the picture/demo. Thank goodness i only opened one drawer and tried to put it in, because the drawers I got only fit the top part of the hutch. Now I have to return the unopened one, order tow others drawers (if I can figure out which to buy) and am stuck with a drawer for the top hutch that I don't want and won't use.

these came out way nicer than I expected. They really glide smoothly

I purchased these drawers as well as the 25" . I also had to drill out the holes in the drawer slides for the back screws and also had one drawer out of four that had two left sides. Done some drilling of mounting holes and made it work.

The door was much easier to assemble than I had anticipated. I could have used more information on how to fit the doors into the slides.

Drawers are the nicest part of the entire collection. To bad the cabinets/shelves they go in are junk

The actual product is very nice. Nice design, nice finish, nice hardware, etc. The biggest problem with this product was the packaging. In almost every box we had a damaged piece. Luckily we were able to hide most of the damaged pieces during assembly so it didn't really matter. But it really is a shame they don't have better packaging, because that would make this a really outstanding product.
