Had one of the lock tight screw break in half...
Had one of the lock tight screw break in half from it being so weak. The back piece that holds the closet up ended up bending I had to reinforce it with would underneath

The bracket that holds the unit to the wall keeps...
The bracket that holds the unit to the wall keeps bending and the unit it falls off the wall even before you put any items on the shelf. Manufacturer needs to use stronger metal.

Ordered 4 towers from homedepot.com. 4long side pieces were...
Ordered 4 towers from homedepot.com. 4long side pieces were damaged, can’t go through closetmaid for replacements, must ship back to HD or return to store. Replacements shipped to my home quickly, assembly is straight forward and added 4 drawers/tower. Very organized closet now & many compliments.

I spent 950 dollars for a custom closet with closetmaid I made several trips back to home depot...
I spent 950 dollars for a custom closet with closetmaid I made several trips back to home depot because almost every box I received had some sort of issue whether a piece was broke parts were missing or it was just the wrong piece altogether highly unsatisfied will never buy closet maid again

3 out of 6 of the drawers/doors I ordered did...
3 out of 6 of the drawers/doors I ordered did not have the handles in the box. However, Closetmaid did send them out immediately to me.
