Ultimately, after trying to cut one board I had to return the rest. No matter what I did, I found it impossible to get a cut across the board without the veneer chipping off the edges. I tried a table saw, I tried a miter saw - same result every time. I wanted to try using this as material for a retrofit stair riser and ultimately I just couldn't get a cut clean enough to be satisfactory.

Very easy project that was cut to precision. I didn’t know this was a service that was offered by Home Depot and I was skeptical that communicating with the 2 companies would work, but it did! BRAVO!

Was exactly as described and worked perfectly to replace part of delaminating floor of boat cabin.

The red oak I received has been unusable so far, it is so warped that I cannot pin it down in order to cut it. It's the first time I have had this issue with any of the Columbia Forest wood.

The board had a significant warp and a poorly patched veneer on one side.

Good quality and attractive grain pattern.

Perfect, clean piece of wood! Fit just right for the job I needed done and done it myself, hence saving mega bucks!

Can't imagine receiving a worse product

Very pleased. Was packaged well and arrived in excellent condition.

Don’t know what is going on with the quality control lately. I ordered 8 boxes of wood with my order. 4 of the boxes were terrible. The 1/4 maple wouldn’t even cut through with my laser. It was thicker & had a plastic smell. The other woods that I bought had completely different woods on the back side. Super disappointed. I have been ordering purebond for a long time without such big issues as these (some warping issues and chipping occasionally). I desperately need more wood, but am afraid to waste more money.

High quality hardwood plywood panel. The Columbia Forest Product Red Oak we used for repairing a cabinet side panel was a perfect match for the oak cabinet front doors. The free custom cut was precise and saved me plenty of time.

Wood core, veneer seems thick enough. But every piece is warped. It worked for what I was using it for

Product is smooth, clean and flat. Works well for the project we are using it for.
