This pellet stove is awesome. Great performance and very beautiful flame. We are enjoying it very much. Very happy with purchase.

It is not what I expected for quality.The hopper does not hold 40lbs. as advertised and the pellets keep hanging up on the sides.I have to load it several times to keep it going and seems to burn alot of pellets compared to others I have owned.

The stove was easy to install. The online advertisement and spec sheet explicitly stated that it would heat a house of 2400 square feet. There were a few restrictions on that however. Further it stated a 44000 BTU output. When the stove was delivered it contained a brochure from the manufacturer with specs explicitly stating it would only be adequate for a home under 1000 square feet and a max BTU output of 33000. Now I have stove that does not meet the needs of my 2400 square foot house. In most venues that would be considered false advertising. I am still considering what to do.

Only complaint is the hopper opening is small. Have to be careful dumping the pellets in.

It only worked twice and then wouldn’t ignite the wood pellets. Home Depot was great about taking it back.

I've installed this and have been running it for two days. It heats up the house QUICK. I might have gotten a too big of a stove for my house size. I do love it, but, it does not hold alot of pellets in the actual stove. You have to very frequently fill it. It also spits out alot of pellets even on the lowest setting. I wish level 1 could be the bare minimum of fueling the fire. But in my opinion it uses an excessive amount of pellets on it's lowest setting. Which makes me question if I were to use the thermostat setting, the stove itself, once it's reached temp, would idle on it's lowest setting, which is still very warm, which would just continue to heat the house. All that being said, this is a wonderful stove, maybe I just got a much more powerful stove than I actually needed for my sized home. :)

For the Money is okay, I wouldn’t buy it again. Uses quite a bit of pellets compared to my grandmas Hartman. Have had it for 2 weeks and the paint is already chipping off the top and the blower fan takes forever to come on.

After doing a ton of research and comparing many different pellet stove models. This is the one I settled to buy. I am extremely satisfied with this model. Very easy to set up. Burns very hot and throws tons of heat. Many instructional YouTube videos as well.

We love this stove. It auto lights as expected when programmed under the weekly program system. My only complaint is that ther is not a thermostatically controlled program to shut down when room is up to temp. In the shoulder seasons you have to set it in the weekly mode to turn on and off.

The stove works great . But I nstructions are a little h ard to understand.

Easy to set up ,works will I have a 2600 sf.home .heat up the house and keeps it at temp. Had to adjust the settings, every setting is at maximum . Doesn't always start on first-round .better trouble shooting description would be nice. Door switch to load pellets when open turns auger off,close the door and switch does not always activates the auger to turn back on. Little bugs to work out But love the stove.

This stove is everything they advertise and more. I checked out all the big name brands and this stove was at least half the price with many more features. I've been running it for about three weeks straight with no issues.

The manual was difficult to follow

This Stove does well at heating a space. The things that I do not like about it are: * that it does not shut down when the room reaches temperature, thus wasting pellets. *Also up here in northern NY I have found that the ash pan needs to be emptied every 2 days. ( keep in mind you need to let the stove shut down to empty the ash pan) We use this as our primary source of heat in a double wide mobile home. *The far bedrooms do not get heated and I use electric heaters in those rooms. I will be looking into another source for next year and maybe only use my comfortbilt hp 21 on occasion. *The hopper only holds one bag of pellets (which has to be filled once before I leave for work in am and another before we go to bed in pm) *I have also found when the hopper is low, even though there are pellets in the hopper they do not get to the auger and the stove will go out! I have been using cubex 100% northern hardwood pellets with less than 0.3% ash. I have owned this for 5 months it was bought in November of 2017. I wish I would have looked into one that would turn off and on with a separate thermostat at a different location in the home. I feel that this would be great as an occasional use heating source.

Product works great, there is still the possibility of parts having a manufacturer defect.

The unit is nice looking, easy to use, and heats our 2200sq ft house. It's not as beautiful as a wood burning stove but does it's job without the mess. It's also easier to control the heat and more efficient. I would definitely buy it again.

the hopper is much smaller than advertised. also all the pellets in the hopper don't slide down into the auger so it's like the hopper is even smaller. we have to constantly add pellets to keep the fire burning. I would not recommend buying this stove.

Works well with issues. Auger whines occasionally, high pitched hard to ignore. 1st floor is about 1200 sq ft, keeps it at about 68° when it's in the single digits outside, would have expected a little more for something rated so high. Overall pleased, but will contact comfortbilt about the noise

Easy to set up and easy to use. Works great.

The company was exceptional in their help with my questions! The stove heats our home efficiently and effectively!
