The unit was damaged It appears to have been a returned item. In contacting the store I was told they couldn't do anything for me that I need to go through the warranty process through Comfortbilt. The stove doesn't run properly and keeps displaying error messages and shutting off. Very unhappy

Very nice Stove. Have used it for 2 months now. Very reliable and easy to use and maintain. Quality materials and super quiet operation . Nice electronic controls for easy set up options. Highly recommend. Bear mountain premium pellets work the best in this stove.

Easy to use but has small hopper

Very pleased with the stove. It heats my 3400 square foot home well. It was easy to install and after starting it up 3 times it worked like a charm. Warning in Florida, it is next to impossible to find the fuel to run the stove, even Home Depot won’t ship it down here because the demand small.

Has been a good stove so far. Had a mechanical issue, but with a call to ComfortBilt, Glen was able to talk me through fixing the issue. Very good customer support.

unit states 2400 sp ft but the manual says 1200 on page 8 bases on post 1982 home construction requiring 35 btu pr hr pr qu ft

I bought this stove because it stated it has a 55 lb hopper. I could not fit a full 40lbs of pellets into the stove. I am not pleased at all.

We researched for what would work best for our needs and this ComfortBilt Pellet Stove was perfect for us. We wanted one that was easy to use, efficient and good looking, and this stove fit the bill ! The Automatic Ignition makes it easy for us, the digital display is easy to read and gives us the temperature of the room. I did contact the ComfortBilt company with some questions and they were the most informative people I have ever done business with.They told me anytime I had questions that I could call and they would help me with whatever questions or concerns. That made me feel confident in the company that built our stove. I look forward to purchasing our 2nd ComfortBilt in the future.
