It heats well and appears to be well built! We’ve only ran it for a few weeks but no issues yet.

We bought this for our shop and we live in Wyoming. It claims to heat up to 2800 sq. ft. When we looked at the manual it said 2400 sq. ft. We ran it the first night when the outside temps were 21 degrees. We checked it the next morning. The hopper still had some pellets but the remaining pellets weren't feeding so the stove had shut down. Our old pellet stove held plenty of pellets and would run 18 hours or more even on the coldest days. This hopper is way too small and all of the pellets don't feed so it runs out. We have now had to order the hopper extension so we don't have to go out every 8 hours and add pellets. I don't recommend this stove for northern climates. The temperature in the shop was 52 degrees before bed and was 45 degrees the next morning. It had probably run out of pellets 4 hours before we checked it.

Very good stove, very easy to install and use, the only bad thing I could say is the 30 minute wait time when the power goes out or if you hit the wrong button. Otherwise very very happy with this purchase.

This is my second pellet stove in the past several years. I rated this stove a four star for two reasons. Th first is the blower fan to heat the room only has one speed. The other stove I owned have more. When I ordered the stove I also ordered the stove pipe kit to exhaust the stove. After I received the stove and began the install, the instructions said that above 2500 feet elevation a 4" system should be used rather than the 3" listed. Would have been nice to know that up front. Overall we are very pleased with the performance so far. We are just heading into winter weather and look forward to staying warm this winter.

Purchased this pellet stove for my great room and it has been amazing. It heats up the room as well as all other rooms in the same floor instantly without having to raise the heat bars passed 2.

Updated controller software with a manual that does not explain how it works. Brilliant!We were told that the updated manual may be on their website by next spring when we called them. What about this winter? Spent $2K on it and dont know how to operate it. I wrote the company, but the email was invalid! OMG! Great heat when it works.......when it works....when it works.....Not happy with you Home Depot, or Comfort Bilt.

Although this this is worth every penny, the assembly is bananas. The 2” air intake is non-existent in the way instructions require you to install. It was a mission trying to get the required pieces. If you purchase this item make sure you purchase the required assembly parts from the actual dealer.

I like the stove and the design but have not used it yet. The reviews were good so I'm waiting for winter to fire it up

So far so good. It’s summer so I’ll see how it works this winter. It came packaged pretty well however it was scratched up on one side so I wasn’t happy about that but it was easy to install and fired right up. So we will see.

Tried our new pellet stove last night and was really pleased with its performance. I am still learning some of the settings, saw a video from ComfortBilt yesterday and was really helpful. Great product!

I have had this stove for a few weeks now. So far the only complaint that I have is that the hopper is a little on the smaller side. I am using the stove as a primary heat source for our basement; which is 2,800 square feet (2,600 is finished), and so far it has done its job. If I set the temperature to 70 degrees, and turn the stove on. It takes roughly 2 hours on high to bring the temp up from 61-63. Whenever the temperature is reached the stove will automatically run on a lower level.

What a great stove! Wish it nwoukd have bought one years ago. Instructions need to be clearer, larrger font with pictures, but this stove has been great. Look on YouTube for some good videos on stove operation.

The stove works well, it has a small fill opening which should be bigger. Easy to clean and burns the pallets up completely.

I gave it one star because zero was not an option It never worked from the beginning We tried to contact the manufacturer telephone number is disconnected now I have to pay to have it taken to the Home Depot store for a refund that’s awful to go through that

we have had it 4 months and now it wont work. It wont ignite.

I really love this stove. My only issue is the door to the hopper is a bit smaller than I'm use to so loading pellets isn't easy. Also, if you load pellets while it is operating, you have to put the settings on hold or the fire will go out and you have to wait a half an hour to re-light.

We haven’t had it very long but, so far, it has been great! Easy to install and puts out great heat! If I had one aspect to improve, I would say to locate the thermostat elsewhere, it’s on the back near the floor where it is always much cooler than the rest of the room.

Great stove! Heat all house downstairs and upstairs! 2400sqft. 2 bags in 24 hours in 14F weather.

REPLACED OUR 25 YEAR OLD PELLET STOVE WITH THIS ONE, HAVE ONLY HAD THE STOVE FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW BUT IT REALLY PERFORMS AS PROMISED. IT HAS NO PROBLEM HEATING OUR 2000 SQ FT HOUSE AND THAT IS ONLY ON SETTING 1, WE IGNITE IT ON 3 AS INSTRUCTED IN THE VIDEO, THEN TURN IT DOWN TO 1. SO FAR VERY LITTLE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. GLASS STAYS CLEAN AND ASH PAN IS VERY EFFICIENT. WE ARE GETTING ANOTHER ONE FOR OUT BASEMENT SOON.
