Easy to install, cost effective and has a strong hold. After allowing to set for 1 hour I was able to hang heavy bath towels. Great product

I bought two packs of these for the house. Using 3 on the bathroom shower tile and one left over. Well last week I decided to use the last one in my living room, since it says it works on multiple surfaces...this is incorrect. I decided to take it down cause I didn’t like the way it looked. Using the technique that you are told to do to take them down, it ended up ripping off a piece of my wall, into my dry wall. Apparently someone used an anchor in this wall, which is what u see in the hole. Very disappointed in this product

I purchased this Command product at random but with a purpose in mind,(not towels) I'm always trying to find ways for more storage in the bathroom. Purchased to hold shower caddy. This product was easy in install, with stands it's recommended weight limit, atmosphere appropriate and wasn't over priced. I am very impressed with my choice to purchase the Large Towel Hook. We've been using it for over a year. Happy Customer! I give this a thumbs up.

I cleaned the wall very well and the product did not stick. The tape is a por quality.

I can not evaluate your personnel as there was no need for interaction. The large signs indicating functions (i.e. plumbing, in all three cases took me to the area where each item was located. the products were there and I checked myself out. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, It was an excellent experience. Thank you for asking.

Perfect for hanging aprons up in my laundry room. Went with the ones for the bathroom because of it being in a laundry room!

I bought 2 of these previously, and they worked FANTASTIC, and are still up! This one not so much....

The hook side is fine, but the glue on the back of the hook was insufficient to support the weight listed in the spec. It lasted for a few days then failed.
