Best recess light so far Will buy again highly recommended.

I needed 2 light. Installed 2.. one turned on one didn’t. Returned one. Installed 2nd. It also did not power on. Returned one. Installed 3rd. It powered on. Installed app. Both lights flicker. One at full 100% brightness and one at 25% brightness and up. These lights couldn’t be more useless. Obviously made poorly and have caused nothing but a headache. I’ll be trying a different brand. I tried customer support and I haven’t been able to contact anyone in 2 days of trying. No urgency.

No matter what I tried, I couldn't get this to connect with Google wifi router and access points. We have over 20 devices that connect with no issue and most of our smart plugs require the 2.4ghz signal so I know it's an issue with the light. After spending over 2 hours trying to reset it, I gave up. This was a test purchase and if this succeeded, was going to buy 8 of the 6" for a living room. I'm glad I waited. The light itself is fine and has the warmest color setting compared to others.

Best light in the world When you use the app Only thing is you need to use app to dim It will not work or dimmer switches But when you set your color and brightness with app Turning on and off with regular light switch It goes right back to where you had it Others I have tried reset to just white when switch of with light switch But All in all The best ever As of now And the price is very good too

It creates a great look that can change colors and automatically be turned in by Alexia assistant. The app was easy to setup and the install was not hard at all. The app lets you dim the lights for a very ambient setting or a fun party setting. The lights are LED so it will save you money down the road.

It came with everything I needed to install. I can operate it to turn on my lights before I enter the house. It is great for parties with the multicolor light changing. We now have these in every room in our house. Great quality and great price.

Do not buy….I repeat do not buy these flush mount Wi-Fi lights. There is a major issue with the drivers from the manufacturer. I am an electrician. The problem is not the Wi-Fi (although sometimes the syncing is trash) but the drivers are so cheaply made I had over 4 brand new lights burn out completely with verified power going to them. STAY AWAY. Overpriced for such a poor quality product.

The devices were very easy to install, were quickly recognized by my network and add tons of curb appeal.

I have six of these in my main family room. When they are simply on they seem to work fine. The second I want to use any different feature (dim, color, alternate) they blink/flash on and off until I undo whatever command I put into the app and return it to basic functionality (white light, full blast). I already took them back to Home Depot and replaced them all with another new set - same. exact. problem. I would not recommend these at all. The technology is not there yet. Rushed to market.

Good product once I figured out how to install it. My kids loved all the colors this produces and works great to serve as a night light in the bathroom with the ability to dim the light.

Haven't had them installed yet. When installed hopefully soon, I can give a better review:)

I bought 7 of these lights back in October. It's now May and 2 of them already died. The first one died after a month and I had to replace it since it was fried. The second one died yesterday and now I have to spend money to replace it as well. It's a cool idea and I like how the app connects with Google to control the lights, but now I have to keep spending $40 a pop to replace them versus a regular light fixture with a cheap light bulb.

Not really what I expected. Was looking for a clone of another light I had purchased from HD. This one installed as expected, but the whole “smart connectivity” seems to cause it to flicker after install. I’m sure when you connect via a hub such as Alexis or whatever, it will work as advertised. If you hard wire it to a dimming switch, well you get what you get I guess. I’m a bigger fan of HLB6099S1EMWR. Same basic install and you just set the brightness and your done. I’m sure other folks like the color changing ability, but to me I just want it to come on and be the same color and brightness each and every time.

They’re bright, easy to install like any other wafer light and easy to control. You can set them up to all be in one room or multiple for one area so that they can be controlled together or by a smart speaker.

Installation is very easy, love the ability to disconnect and easy to mount. Connecting to some of them can be difficult and I still have a few that won’t connect. Otherwise a nice product with really cool features

Easy to install and program via the app bright light as a default setting. Have installed 5 through out the house with plans on installing 10 more as an update to my home
